Background: Cicero was born on 2E 547 2nd of Last Seed in the glorious city of Wayrest, Unfortunately, Cicero's parents died in a murder ordered from the Morag Tong while on business in Deshaan. Wayrest didn't have a orphanage, and the closest one was in The Rift. So the Emeric Family decided to raise Cicero as one of their own. For the next 34 Cicero was raised royal, and treated royal. Towards the start of the planemeld, Molag Bal put all Imperials under his influence, High King Emeric, the current high king of High Rock decided to let Cicero go and asked a alchemist to put him under a spell that he will no longer remember of Cicero, alas Cicero was erased from the name of Tamrielic History, For the next year, Cicero wandered on his own in the streets of Daggerfall, One day Mannimarco kidnapped him and took Cicero to a altar for a ritual, ( At this point ESO begins... skiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip ) Cicero joined the Aldmeri Dominion in hopes of restoring the 2nd Empire and putting all Imperials back to normal behavior. At one point this year, he was crowned Emperor and deposed of Emperor in the Cyrodiilic Campaign of Skullcrusher. Cicero hopes to return some day to the glorious, prosperous and beautiful city of Wayrest to make amends with the Emeric family. Also a follower of Meridia, But nobody knows that...
