Tel-Girast was born in Mistral to parents he never knew. He was told his mother died of unknown illness after his father left town in search of adventure and riches, from which his whereabouts are currently a mystery.
Tel didn't fit in with anyone his age and spent his younger years stealing food and whatever he needed to survive.
When the Veiled Heritance began to involve themselves in the area all Tel can remember is that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He woke up in a strange place and this is where he became entangled with the Prophet and an unfamiliar hero he had never heard of.
So now Tel is journeying Tamriel, a skilled and sneaky Nightblade. Trying to make sense of how he got here after losing his soul.
This one does not know if his father is still alive, and is not sure if he even bothers to care.
Tel seems lighthearted on the surface, and likes to find the comical or funny side to all his encounters. Inside he hides the mind of a cold assassin. Masking his true self from the world in much the same way he loves to remained concealed from enemies or a target any paying master or person of need may point him too.
His blades are his best friend and shadow the only comfort he finds.
Tel's only fear, which origins have been hidden in his mind from some past trauma, is a blatant dislike of water be it river, lake, or ocean.
