The story of Dezrey the Truffle Witch Elf starts some 220 years ago, as is with elves they can grow ancient and old. In an almost forgotten remote forest valley resides the Gold Witch a 4,000 year old elf sorceress who retreated to the purity of nature some thousands years ago. These mystic woodlands have a life of their own and are filled and fraught with all sorts of fairies pixies and sprites and even some gnomes. It was to these woods a young High elf Dominion Captain came to seek his glory. His name is Eldrick Magnus D’Sylvrosa and little did he know of what he would find in this hidden forest valley. It was the most beautiful elf that he had ever seen. As the Gold Witch had been a mother to all creatures in her forest valley she had never had a child of her own and then to her mind came thoughts of trick witchery. The Captain and his men were naturally enchanted by the Gold Witch’s beauty and as so she set forth to seduce the young Captain for his seed. In the morn at the new day’s dawn Eldrick and his men are surprised when awakened to the Gold Witch casting them out of her forest with magic and witchery. Even being good natured she was still as that which would be known as a witch. All of the forest and flora begin to entangle and intertwine and push forth to flush the troop from hence there were no vines. You see the Gold Witch’s forest was not meant for the sorts of elves and men who seek glory and fortune and war they are meant to be as they were naturally found. So for 120 years Dezrey grows up in the forest with its fairies nymphs and the day comes when she asks her mother where it is that her father may be. The Gold Witch see’s Dezrey’s need of a father and so she summons two giant wasps to serve as their aerial steeds and they begin their flight to Auridon which is where her father will be. It has been many long years and still Eldrick Magnus D’Sylvrosa and his men have never forgot that odd night in the mystical forest and as now the once young Captain has aspired to Nobility as a Battle Reeve. To the astonishment of his sight on one fair night he witnesses the arrival of two golden tan wasps with the Gold Witch and Dezrey astride. Upon landing the Gold Witch presents Dezrey and states with a kind smile this is your daughter from that night that once be. The Gold Witch turns and whispers goodbye to Dezrey then mounts her wasp and flies off into the sun light back to her forest leaving her daughter behind with her father. And Dezrey’s story has just begun

Being raised in the forest Dezrey is not your common High elf she much more wild carefree and lacks the arrogance and prissiness many High elf aristocracy possess.
