As discussed we need to setup a new advertisement for the auction and 50/50 raffle.

Also, we need to decide one anouncement rotation times.

Guild and auction advertisement:
- Even hours EST
- hold off 2 hours before and during the auction
- done by: Herfi (normally on 8 to 12, I may onlyrics have time for 1 or 2 runs)

Auction and 50 / 50 raffle
- odd hours EST
- done by: Ice Eye
- done more frequently in guild chat
- done every hour, 2 hours before the auction and at the start

We could use more volunteers or officers to advertise during prime time hours (4 pm to 7pm) . If folks want to advertise please do ONE OR THE OTHER. Doing both from the same name could lead to a negative image of the guild being spammers or starting a grieferfest. Similarly do not over advertise, keep to the schedule and one person at a time. Less is better IMO

Also I would like it if someone else could take over Auction and 50/50 raffle advertisement for zone from me. I will continue to do guild chat however I would most likely tend to forget zone and someone else doing it would help. I can write up a message if you want me to for the adds.
