Rumors: Lucian's family was killed by a werewolf when he was around 16. He was the only one to survive the attack. He left his town in search of the man who turned his peaceful world into one of chaos.
Background: Lucian lived a simple life in a small town outside of the Imperial City in Cyrodiil. His parents were simple farmers who provided goods to the city with help from his younger brother and sister. To bring in extra coin, Lucian would take contracts and small jobs from the inhabitants of Imperial City. He is a kind man, rather on the passive side. Gentle and sweet.
One night Lucian was returning from a job when he spotted a werewolf ravaging it's way through the forest, heading towards his home. Drawing his sword and shield, he followed the beast, hell bent on stopping it in it's tracks. He intercepted the werewolf, but was quickly overcome by it's strength. The werewolf towered over Lucian, it's glowing eyes and vicious snarl chilling him to his core. The werewolf reached back to land the killing blow when a horrifying, blood curdling scream ripped through the air. His family. Lucian managed to gurgle out a warning, but it was too late. The werewolf turned on his family, shredding every last one of them to bits while Lucian watched helplessly, bleeding out up the path. As the moons began to wax, the werewolf began to shift back to his human form. Lucian was able to see his face before he retreated.
The next morning he was found unconscious by his neighbor who took him in and nursed him back to health. The next full moon came, and Lucian turned, killing his neighbor and her entire family. When he came to the next day, he had realized he was like the man who attacked him. He left in horror before he was discovered and spent every day since trying to find the man who did this to him: John Wolf.
