From August 2-11, I will be running around in Maine. I don't exactly know what is in Maine, or why my family decided to go there, but I will be there. Doing things. Maine things.

I am unsure if I will have wifi, but even if I do, my activity will doubtlessly drop, as I shall be busy doing Maine things.

Maine is amazing! It is green and hilly and covered in trees, and you can eat all sorts of sea creatures and sea bugs for not a whole lot of money. It is one of my favorite places. My husband and I love it so much there, we are thinking of retiring there. Enjoy!!

Today I learned that in Maine, there is:

- Very slow wifi, but wifi nonetheless.
- Lobster everywhere. Like, take two steps, and you'll walk into a lobster restaurant.
- Blueberries
- At least three moose for every person
- Trees. I live in the city. Trees are a big deal. Shh. Especially pine and aspen trees. This place looks like The Rift.

More things I have discovered:

- the pronunciation of the letter "r" appears to be extinct in Maine. Lobstah, Bah Hahbah, ayah, cahs. It's like a foreign language.

- Lobster is not as tasty as Maryland Blue Crab and does not deserve to be priced at 17 bucks per pound.

- Lobster is, however, still fun to rip apart and smash with the nutcracker thingy.

It's just... not as good as crab. I don't see what the hype is about. It's good, but not my favorite.

I love the Northeastern accent. It's so funny :) I'm glad you're having a good time there, minus the slow internet speed!

I'm a beef person though, no seafood for this chica, everrr.
