Appearance: His scales have a green/grey tint, amber eyes, and two large horns on peak of his forehead adorned with brass hoops. He has many facial piercings made up of gold and turquoise rings.
Rumors: Though declared a traitor by his own people.. It is rumored that he may still have many loyal contacts in Black Marsh.
Background: Sinks-In-Bottles gets his name from fellow smugglers who traveled the southern coasts of Tamriel. Generally foolish and unorganized, the hull of Sinks-In-Bottles smuggling cog was filled to the brim with both empty and full containers of all manner of wines and spirits to point where he would sink about 2 feet deep before wading to a contacts shipment. Disregarding his methods his contacts were nonetheless satisfied by his prices and ability to fill an exact order. ( To be continued.. )
