As some of you may know, I have put myself in charge of the guild banks that our guild has and making sure they are not filled up completely. (In Character and Blue Skooma Roleplay)
The functions of these two guild banks are as follows.
Blue Skooma Roleplay is our guild bank and can be used by everyone. It is our main guild bank.
The In Character bank serves the purpose of functioning as a guild bank for only the officers and above. Here items are stored for rewards for guild events and such. This guild bank may also serve as overflow storage for our main one.
In the event that the guild bank is full or almost full (480 or more), here are the steps you can follow.
1. Conctact @Ice_Eye (me) in game if I am online and I will organize the guild bank myself and make room.
2. Combine the stacks of items. This is a very menial task that can get annoying. There is a brilliant addon that helps with this. This is the link to download if you wish to have it http://www.curse.com/teso-addons/teso/roomba. On click and it will sort for you.
3. Sell items that are not needed in the bank to npcs and put the money back into the bank. (usually I do this with necklaces, rings, potions and food)
4. Take some of the items and put it into the In Character Bank for sorting through later and let @Ice_Eye (me) know.
Steps 2-4 can be done in any order and not all have to be done
(This is all entirely optional but it would help if you do it when the bank is full and I am not there.)
