After regaining the cooperation of the Rangers, I am able to write to you again. What follows is the closest and most accurate assessment of the Sugar Claws Clan that anyone can provide.
The Clan itself: The Clan is a collection of ruffians, healers, fighters, dregs, and entertainers from all over Tamriel. It has become a home for traditional-minded khajiit as well as outcasts of every variety. Their aims are peaceful; to make S'ren-ja their home, to protect themselves from threats, and to prosper through trade. There is still some secret production of skooma, though I believe it significantly less than before Ri'sari burned down the main laboratory.
Werewolves: Hircine's children are also protected if they are part of the Clan and have some degree of control over their transformations. A list of known wolves follows: Darkchilde, Aionath, Alijham (Bosmer), Hunts-With-Magic (Argonian), Thorthil, Lucian (Redguard?), Bethany of Kirkwall (Breton), A Gata (Khajiit), Majik
Vampires:Also sheltered by the Clan, but face more suspicion and hostility. Rather surprising, but one of their best healers is undead.
Current events:
-The Clan has been focused on rebuilding the village of S'ren-ja. They have invested great time, effort, and resources to the project. It has gained them much reputation in the eyes of the locals.
-The Thalmor attacked again during a clan ceremony. Ri'sari was injured but not killed. I was injured, but am nearly fully recovered. The Thalmor who conducted the attack were wiped out. I hope there is a lesson in this.
-The Clan will soon choose a new protector of S'ren-ja through a fighting tournament. I will try to place myself in this position, though Khajiit are still favored above other races in the Sugar Claws.
Azareth, the prank was cute. The next one will be on you.
Personnel of note:
Sylvaswift- distinguished himself through Clan politics. He is quite influential and savvy.
Kath- khajiit warrior, has a graht-oak lodged somewhere unpleasant. Rumors that he's lived for a long, long time. He's been protecting Dar'Atrabi in particular.
Dar'Atrabi- female khajiit, almost to term with cub. She claims to be a healer but more often than not jumps into fighting (before her current condition). Most of the Clan respects her, though I question her judgement.
John Wolf- Imperial warrior. One of the new town guards.
S'har- Khajiit warrior and healer. Borrows his personality from Kath. Recently became a father.
Qa'iit- left the Clan because of perceived threats from Sylvaswift. I hope he finds some other place to be useful to the Dominion.
