ESO Account Name: @Barovia
Name: "Dollhouse"
Age: Dollhouse was turned into a vampire at the age of 14, when she promptly stopped keeping track of her age. Older...
Race: Redguard {Vampire}
Flair: Decorative blue and black geometric tattoos over nearly half her body; pierced ears; pierced nose
Rumors:
What they might have called her at home is unknown. She was once a redguard girl, innately curious. Which was an innocent enough quality in a toddler, endearing even. When that curiosity deepened in early childhood into a nascent love of magic, her family worried. When it wasn't a phase and it didn't pass her family worried along with their neighbors. Whatever transpired the night she summoned her first daedra inspired her to forsake hearth, blood, and the the Daggerfall Covenant altogether. Armed only with childhood stories of the elves and their love of magic, she sought the elven capital. A lonely, hungry child wandering Tamriel: the girl known by then only as "Dollhouse" finally arrived on the shores of Khenarthi's Roost and pitched her troth with the Aldmerii Dominion, hoping to find acceptance. Hoping to find magic...
Dollhouse joined the Mage's Guild. She came to loathe the Veiled Heritance more than most. She met young Queen Ayrenn, and was relived that the Queen did not share the Heritance's racist zealotry. She summoned abyssal fiends and made them her playmates. To this day she calls her daedric companions her "stuffies" and seems more comfortable alone with them than alone with her peers.
In a relatively short amount of time, Dollhouse had learned much. But there was so much still to learn. New spells. New schools. New lands. New schematics to uncover, and new arcane artifacts begging to be forged... and the elves take so infernally long to do everything... Dollhouse despaired that she would grow old and die long before proving herself worthy of the mystical secrets of the elves.
It was that thought that drove her to seek out a vampiric embrace.
No longer did the thought of her own mortality worry her.
No mysteries taunted her from the underbelly of an untouchable future.
There was time. Time for buried secrets. Time for the delicate metalworking, weaving, and etch-work of the elves. Time to summon the beasts of hell and learn their names. Time for magic...
Time for everything...
