Born in Pyandorea, Latastei’s mother died, and her father accumulated a small fortune in the merchant trade. After stabbing a servant girl with a table knife and marrying a small time pirate named Jun Namaqua, she was disowned by her father. After joining the crew of a ship called Revenge, the two raised a mutiny and stole the ship, taking it to sea.
An effective and ruthless fighter, Latastei helped to raise a new crew and capture many ships, some of which were transporting Moon Sugar.
After violent retaliation from the Dominion, Jun was executed with the crew, but Latastei was able to flee and join a new crew where she met her new companions and worked as a lookout.

Flair: uses an eye patch so her sight can adjust to the lightning. Has colorless silver hair, almost blue in the moon light. Skin really pale, but she puts cosmetics to look more Altmerish and raze less suspicion.
