(This is my first RP character [aside from AOL chats 16 years ago], and I'm not up to date on all my elder scrolls lore :] Hopefully the bio is adequate!)
Phaedra Pelagia (Fay-dra Pel-ah-gee-ah)

Gender Appeal: Heterosexual
Hair: Black
Eyes: Ice Blue

Noteable features: Short and tiny with small antlers on forehead. She has softer features than most Bosmer. Dark olive skin. Smoldering eyes and vine tattoos on shoulders and arms.
Most of Phaedra's life thus far has taken place in small village in southern Elsewyr aside with Khajiits. She was found as a very young girl, about 5, by a female Khajiit, Nakir Zafeli. Upon finding Phaedra, Nakir learned Phae's reasoning for being all alone in the woods. Her home town was pillaged by marauders. They killed and raped many, but her and her parents managed to make a narrow escape. They had been traveling for a few weeks, looking for a new safe place to call home. Phaes parents a few days earlier had tucked her away in a small safe cavern, told her they were going to go find something to eat, to stay there, and they would be back before night fall. Her parents never returned. Phae stayed put and cried when night came around and they never came home. She knew for some reason they were gone, but still stayed and prayed to whoever would listen that she was wrong. Nakir never told Phae of the two Bosmer that were slain in her neighboring village. They were found stealing, a struggle ensued and blood was shed.
Phaedra adapted relatively quickly to her new mother and home. She was welcome in the small community, and had what she considered a big family, although she still missed her parents every day. She was safe and secure. Being a Bosmer she had an innate ability for stealth, and was a natural with a bow. Hanging around with Khajiits all day only amplified her skills. Through Nakir, she developed a deep love and appreciation for nature, animals, and art.
Nakir eventually passed away when Phae was 22. A fever set in and the next day she was gone. Although Phae had the rest of the community behind her, she felt she had no reason to continue her existence there. A part of Phaedra died that day along with Nakir, pain and rage took its place. In her sadness and pain, she wanted to escape that place. She was furious her mother, again, was taken from her.. Since she couldn't stand to stay there any longer, and always wanted to see the world as she grew up, now was the time to go. She boarded the nearest trade ship, without asking where it was going and sailed.
Personality: Phaedra can be introverted and shy. She doesn't trust very easily and can sometimes come across rude if she isn't approached the right way by a stranger. But once you get to know her, she's witty, silly, sarcastic, loving, and helpful. Her character flaw is her reluctance to let others in that could potentially be friends. She doesn't know why. She just gets anxious, she doesn't want to get hurt or lose someone again, when friends is all she really wants inside. Her main objective in life currently is to see what the world holds. Explore, meet people, gain strength, and just see what happens.
