Magic in the air

Kishashi had joined the Mages guild in Auridon, the guild master had given her the task of finding twelve rare books rumored to be written by Akatosh and Talos. Her pack was full with mana potions and a few health vials, she checked the condition of her sword and shield ensuring they were shiny and ready for any battle.

Kishashi had sent word by courier asking her friend Lori Meris to join her but she hadn't heard anything she was starting to get worried maybe her friend had been ambushed? or had she found a new area of Jirn to gather, sometimes Lori had a tendency to wander off the path. Kishashi gathered her blue guard armour and went to the local tavern to wait for Lori and hopefully pick up some banter as where the books might be located.

Kishashi had one lead to an old cave by skywatch. she leaned against the bar watching two Khajiits playing a card game on one of the taverns tables, she had never played herself but was intrigued.

Maja was running. She knew she had to tell her sister were she was, but things were just too confusing.
First the Queen had sent her to Malabar Tor to find a Veiled spy who was making the supplies disappear and the citizens of that area to rebel against the Dominion.
When she arrived there, the whole area was dominated by foes and she almost died.
Using a teleport parchment she went to Auridon, where she heard the Inheritance leaders would be meeting that week, hoping that would be an easier task than to go against an entire army on her own.
Arriving in town, she went straight for the local tavern, where she knew it would be easier to hear rumors and maybe find help from a sell sword of some sort. Maybe someone would even know what time the Veiled leaders would be meeting and where exactly.
She sat by the bar, her blue eyes searching the room, her ears perked up, ready to hear anything useful.

Maja noted that the khajiit next to her seemed to be carrying a lot of luggage and wondered if she would be for hire, and if she would be useful in her journey. She watched with interest as Kishashi observed the card players.

Kishashi sighed it would be a long time before she would find the books, she turned and saw a Khajiit watching her "hello what can this one do for you?" she took a drink from the glass on the bar wondering who this Khajiit was she seemed familiar but not as she had never met her before.

The door to the Tavern swung open and Mai Kyria stepped in the tall altimer looked over the patrons of the bar before spotting Kishashi, Mai walked over and sat next to Kishashi at the end of the bar "oi barkeep i'll have some of the good stuff" she waited til she had a drink in front of her before turning "so Kishashi whats hanging" Kishashi rolled her eyes at her friend "this ones tail in the wind, and a new quest from the Mages guild this one needs to find some books by Talos and Akatosh" Kishashi replied.

Mai stretched then looked thoughtful as she thought on where she had heard the last rumour "you could go ask those stinking inheritance shitheads, if you do i'll join you i could use a good tussle".
