Greetings your Majesty.
This one is writing this report to inform you that his personal mission has been a resounding success, and Qa'han has returned and is ready to serve you again.
As this one is sure you are already aware of, he has been in Coldharbor for that last few cycles, assisting with the relief efforts for those still trapped within the infernal realm. He was delighted to be able to start his trade caravan again similar to his past life, and was able to bring much needed help to those who needed it, while turning a small profit. Do not worry though, this one was not steeping to extortion, only trading for small trinkets and lost relics those who were needed my stuff were willing to trade wihout provoking.
At this point in time, Han feels the caravan is able to proceed without his attention or supervision, so he has returned back to Nirn for some fresh air, as well as to be able to serve you with my full attention. At the time of this report, I am just arriving back in Auridon. He will remain here until he receives a communication back from either you Majesty or another eye.

This one has recieved your message from Ra'zum-Dar, and is now making his way to the Summerset Isle. Qa'han is glad Ra'zum-Dar has seemed to have forgiven him for leaving him trapped in the ruins, and on the boat to across the straight, the two of us drank and sang songs like the times before this one left. He even told Qa'han of the time he rode the Guar through the Argonian Embissary. It is quite understandable to this one now you were not pleased, and if this one could share his opinion in this report, it sounded as though the dame was not worth it, but noa this one is to getting off the topic.
Ra'zum-Dar and I now sit in the quaint town of Shoreshine, on the balcony of "The High Cat", watching the sunset behind Auridon. It is a sight this one has not beheld in such a long time having been in the foul realm. It nearly brought a tear to this ones eyes. Nearly, this one wouldn't cry in the presence Ra'zum'dar. It was a sight he had missed for sometime.
This one feels he should put this in his report aswell. Shortly before we landed, this one received a message from an old acquaintance of his, Gnarlus Firethief, the goblin mage this one requested a Visa for to enter Dominion Territory. It appears he now lives in the town of Saren Ja, in the Northern Valenwood. He had requested some if this one could retrieve some information pretaining to the town, and asked this one if he could help. Qa'han didn't promise him anything, but this on hopes her Majesty would allow this one to skim any information he obtains on this assignment to assist my goblin friend to reduce his concern.

This one greatly appreciates your quick reply to his request, and thanks you deeply for allowing him to proceed with his personal agenda. You are most kind and this one promises it will not distract him on his assignmemt. He will continue this report when it is complete.

They were expecting us. By the two moons and the Hist, they were expecting us. While this one met with the Thalmor Council, Raz'um-dar conducted his own investigations. This one is not sure of what exactly took place, but the next moment Qa'han remembers is Raz'um-Dar rushing into the Council chamber, wearing a dress and holding a box, telling him we had to get out of there now. Next thing we knew, the they drew there swords and started flinging their spells. We barely got out of there with our fur and scales intact. Raz'um-Dar had a small flame to put out on his tail when everything was said and done.
It turns out there are Colovian spies within the ranks of the Thalmor, not just corrupted officials. The two of us had to seperate to avoid patrols. This one has the documents you requested, and he shall include them with this report once he's have skimmed for the information he requires.

It appears your advisors have noticed the same strangeness in the documents that this one had found. There is information on every settlement within Dominion Territory, except for Sren Ja. It is a strange anomaly this one cannot explain. What I am unsure about is your decision to place me with the town to investigate. As you know, Qa'han was once involved with the illicit Sugar Claw clan who now make their home there. However, he will trust in his Majesty's decision to and do her will. He shall deliever the letter to the guard captain as per instruction, and lend his expertise to the town.

The moment this one had set foot into town, the ill memories began to plague him. He had been here before, for it was the town in which he lost his clan, and witnessed a cruel tyrant commit an unforgivable mutalation. Sren Ja was the where the one known as Ri'sari stole away his own clans Clanmother, and cut her tail off for all the witness. The memories of that day still plague this ones mind, and he fears it will stay with him forever. Upon entering town however, the first thing that this one had noticed was that much of the town was repaired. A Barracks was put up, a tavern made into to Clanmothers House, and citizens of all races roaming freely and conversing with each other. It was a pleasent surprise for Qa'han he must admit. Those inflicted by Hircines Curse prowl freely through the nearby fields, but prey only upon Skeevers and Lions. Vampires exchange powerful meads between each other with and prefer to prey upon Animal Blood rather then the blood of Man, Mer, or Feline. He found that (of all things) his friend, Gnarlus Firetheif was the Tavern Keeper of the Greedy Goblet. It was no surprise why he choose to settle dowm here, as it seems like a safe Haven for all.
Seems is the key term however. When this one had located the Guard Captain, it seemed as though the peace was but a facade. She was in the middle of arresting someone for High Treason against the Sugar Claw Clan. It was then I remembered the one who held the town in his claw was a paranoid cat, who used power as a weapon.
Qa'han presented the letter to the guard captain, Bethany Hawke, who seemed suspecious of the letter at first, but allowed it to stand. She offered me free board in the Inn, which is a relief as this one had used all his coin on hand trying to outdrink Raz'um Dar. He won.
Qa'han now must travel into Rhal'kha to purchase some more appropiate dressings then his armor, aswell as collect some coin from his account to fill his empty purse.

He is not in this town for more then six hours and already Qa'han sees then corruption within the town. No sooner then he returns to town with his clothes does The Dark Brotherhood declare the town to be Purge. By the Hist, Qa'han has only heard rumors of the Brotherhood declaring purges on towns, and very few ever survive them. After the declaration, as a show of there power, a number of attacks were preformed throughout the town. Guard Captain Hawke was a among those injuried I the attacks, and while it was declared there was no fatalities of the attack, it seems the before mentioned sanctuary seems to have been breached.

As per your orders, this one has offered his personal expertise to assist the City Guards defense of the town, though as a newcomer, my words seemed to had gone unheard, as my personal concerns were not acknowledged with a wave of the hand and a declaration there was nothing to worry about. As such, this one revealed his "true colours" and told this ones personal knowledge. She seemed more open to his suggest after, but, he had also offered her something he should not of offered.
As per your reply, you did not wish the citizens of the town to be in danger, but a contract had been taking out on one of the clan, and it was repeated failures and interference from others within the town that led to the purge. As long as the contract lasts, the town is in danger. Only two things can end the contract: The Death of the Target, or the death of the one who placed the contract. See, this purge is not about 'losing face' as the Speaker said, but rather about fulfilling the contract. If the contract disolves, then so the danger will end. As such, this one offered to teach the guard captain how to preform the Black Sacrement, to place a contract on the one who originally placed the contract. By the two moons, this one is ashamed to call himself an Eye for offering such a thing.

Thank you for your understanding, but based on the Lizard on a Stick outside of my room upon waking up today, the Eye you have observing me is none to pleased with my offer.
The fact this report has reached you should inform you of the results of the Brotherhoods purge. It was sloppy, unorganized, and pathetic to say the least. Everytime one went to sneak up on this ones back, they shouted out on the top of their lungs "FOR SISTHIS" giving this one more then enough time to turn around and slit their throats. This one doesn't quite recall Rune-Claw training Qa'han in the art of loudly announcing his presences to the one he intends to kill, but then again, he did say he was only giving him the basics. Only one amongst there ranks was able to put up a worthy fight, but even that one had eventually realized he had met his match, and fled in terror. I fear they will return however, with more competent assassins.
