New members workshop/House warming Ideas

@GnarlyArchfiend suggested a tutorial thing to new members in game or forum based.
I find it a good idea and also suggest the new-members event thing once every 4 weeks or so.

The Roleplaying School event needs to happen again, imo. There seems to be a lot of interest for it just recently.

We could host a meet-and-greet, and tie it into the current storyline by having this be a covert investigation. ("Thalmor Officiate exchanges some words with Myreni. 'None of the ones in that corner seem suspicious, ma'am. They are shy, at most.'" "Myreni nods in understanding, and walks towards the group in a friendly manner. Perhaps she can verify the officer's claim?")

An hour before that, maybe we could have a roleplay school for the really new players to eliminate any metagaming. ("Teh Best Kitteh im not a spy no need to worry maam")
