Role Play Structure

Newer Members are being felt left out. Event on Monday only included a small number of members, which led to complaints.
Phoenix promoted to Senior Role Play Officer.
A Officer only Forum has been set up so Officers can communicate more easily between each other and RP plans can be made more easily, among other things.
It was decided that 3 Main Story events a week was a little overwhelming, and cut to two events a week, though the days have not been decided. The officers agreed however that Friday was not the best day, but another activity could happen that day, like a contest day of sorts.

Soul Raffle

Kazzah suggested to turn the 50/50 soul raffle into a 50/40/10 Item raffle to encourage members to buy more tickets. The grand prize is 40% of the take, second is 10%, third place receives an Items. the Idea is that with more of a chance to win, members will be more likely to buy tickets.
It was decided to keep the Soul Raffle to only members within the guild.

Officer Incentives

A Gata suggested some sort of Officer raffle, draw, or activity of the like as an incentive for them. There wasn't much reaction.
Gnarlus suggested a night of Cards Against Humanity for the Officers.

I'm down for cards against humanity, but since it really really REALLY isn't a game for prudes, you should probably add a warning with the event lol

If it's fine with everyone, I'd like to remove the Friday roleplay event to bring it down to two weekly RP events. It's Friday, people are often out and about and certainly not on ESO *shifty eyes*.

I'd also like to host a Roleplay officer meeting at the usual 10 PM time instead, for those who can make it. All members involved in the thick of the current plots are also welcome to join.
