Looking for a Blacksmithing Accomplice

Mazor, my Orsimer smith, is currently at level 9 in the trade and is looking for someone to partner with for the purpose of Inspiration gains via Deconstruction. Basically I'm hoping to find someone with a low level crafter who would be willing to trade me white items to skill up with. I'm currently working with an alt, but it's very slow going, lol.

If anyone who has done this grind has any tips I'll be grateful for those as well. I'm not looking to necessarily power through- I enjoy the crafting for crafting's sake and immersion is fun for me, but I'd really love to be able to skill up and craft for my alts as well as helping out as an Artisan for the guild.
