Ouch. Milo has been crossed out of Qa'han's friends/people who like Qa'han.

Only because the last three times Milo saw him, Qa'Han was attacking him, starting a fight in the tavern, and arresting a friend of his.

- Blue Skooma: a recurring issue. Obtain new sample / comparison to older product. Interfering w/ Clan ties to Twin Tails (Raiders? Tribe?) Primary threat removed (Portia).
