Name: Esh-Tam Chi
Age: 44
Race: Altmer
Flair: A few scars on the shoulder from faulty shoulder guards, a very stereotypical middle-class Altmer accent, short for a High Elf.

Rumors: Esh-Tam Chi is a great sorcerer, an amazing greatsword wielder, and an okay archer. He gets bloodlust quite a lot in battle, but that doesn't impair his judgement. He's quite down-to-earth for an Altmer, after living basically alone in the hardened lands of Auridon. He's a bit of an old soul for his age, but he also knows how to have fun. He tries to be nice, but his Altmeri accent usually puts unintentional scorn in his voice. Esh-Tam Chi isn't selfish, but he isn't exactly selfless either. His down-to-earthness and general practicality makes him hard to bond with, both as a friend or as a partner. But that practicality has its weaknesses, specifically referring to his love for bright colors.

Background:

Esh-Tam Chi, Aldmeri for "High-Dawn Changed", can trace his lineage back to the ancient Chimer of Morrowind, but by the second era his whole family were entirely Altmer. He lived with his family as a farmer on a small island off the coast of Auridon, constantly participating in greatsword and bow training to repel pirates and other unwelcome things off the farm.

He took great interests in magic and sorcery and his family was supportive of it, as being an Altmer mage is a noble profession. At the young age of 42 he set off to Bravil in order to get transportation to the small and slightly notorious College of Winterhold. Unfortunately while in Bravil he was abducted by Worm Cultists and was very close to being sacrificed but he managed to slip away when the cultists were distracted by the escape of a "very important prisoner".

Running for his life, Esh-Tam Chi found himself in the bustling docks of Bravil and slipped onto a strange looking ship. Hours later the ship departed and when a crew member found him it was too late to drop him off somewhere. After being taken to the Captain, it was decided to throw our stowaway High Elf off the ship. They were about to do it until the Captain noticed Esh-Tam Chi's peculiar dagger, one he took from a dead pirate back on his farm. The Captain decided to let Esh-Tam Chi stay and revealed that the ship was actually the home of elite Imperial smugglers, smuggling men and mer from the Daggerfall Covenant and Cyrodiil to the Aldmeri Dominion.

Esh-Tam Chi was still very interested in sorcery. After all, he was on his way to train in it. So when he found an Argonian sorcerer on the ship boasting about his knowledge in forbidden magics, Esh-Tam Chi was hooked. Our elf begged and begged the Argonian to teach him until he finally did, showing Esh-Tam Chi dark Daedric magics and summonings and along the way becoming the elf's mentor.

Two long years passed before the smuggler's ship finally landed at their final destination, Khenarthi's Roost. Somewhere along the way Esh-Tam Chi decided that the gods had forsaken him. His family was quite religious, but Esh-Tam Chi now worshipped the three mortal gods of Morrowind. Equipped with a greatsword and a lot of knowledge of Daedric sorcery, Esh-Tam Chi set foot on Eagle's Strand, itching for adventure around all of Tamriel, and the rest may or may not be history.

((I'll probably update this later but this is what I have for now))
