This note is found sitting on her Desk, folded neatly on high quality parchment with a Red Wax Seal made by a rather unique signet ring. Its written in very fluid script

Today I witnessed a public feeding ritual between Alijham and one called Krimie whom at the time had been turned a Vampire. Sir Krynger Battlecat was there as well as Lucrezia and Do'Mojiq. Judging from the scene and from later questioning of Lucrezia and Ali, it seemed Krimie had attacked Lucrezia after a minor confrontation and sought to consume her life essence. I sent him away with her on a warning if such a thing is seen again in town the Guard will act accordingly to make sure S'ren-Ja is safe, he was also warned if she was seen in Town unattended she would be detained or if she was hunting/stalking/attacking or feeding on someone more dire consequences would be implemented. He had intentions of curing her which he did thankfully. Issue averted from what was my original intent of this.
I am curious however as this seemed to have been going on for quite some time. I have also learned of another who had turned her and has been hunting citizens of S'ren Ja. Magik Darkchilde. Do you have any standing orders on dealing with her and any other standing vampire issues and ones that will arise? As well as orders dealing with those who feed in public? I have a few more concerns about this but we should talk about those in person.
For now I advise putting Magik Darkchilde as a Tier One threat, thus to be removed on sight by any means necessary.
