-Discussed conduct when dealing with other RP guilds, especially Diplomacy department

-Ideas for the auction.. Senior Officers given access, take turns every weekend until Ri'sari returns? Still up for discussion, especially since it's Ri'sari's account. Do not want another weekend where an auction has to be canceled
