*an open journal is left on a table with no name on it*

Well this is this first journal entry i ever wrote, I feel i start keeping a journal around and record my thoughts just in case something happens and may many fans wish to know what goes through my head.

Well first entry i shall discuss the first big thing to happen in my life, I was allowed to join the fighters guild in Tamriel. Well I not a member yet but they will put me through some kind of training prove my worth to them, almost like a class and they choose the top recruits to become members. I will be gone for the whole next week, not like anyone will care, and hopefully I will become a full member. If i do become a member im pretty sure I wont be able to be a guard here in S’ren Ja anymore, but i will try to visit this place as much as possible to see the very few friends i managed to make. I doubt anyone would miss me though, I know they consider me a joke of a warrior, I know they mock me behind my back, i know they pity me for not being the best fighter in the world, but i will prove to them that they are wrong I WILL PROVE IT TO ALL OF THEM. I don't understand though , I thought being in the guard will help me improve being a warrior but obviously not I have to see if being a fighter’s member will help me improve. For the time that i’ve been here I’ve only been yelled by jerks and assholes and mocked by half the population and pitied by everyone else. Some say that I’ve change, no i matured I don't know why i thought yelling about being a hero was cool or talking in third person was ok, but it stop after my father died. He was a good man even though I barely saw him. Oh well i guess this is where i should end my entry here and should probably write entries often. I hope I become something my father will be proud to see. I just wish I could of seen him one last time, its not fair.

Day 2 of Fighters Guild training

Well it seems I’ve already manage to impressed members of the fighters guild in just two short days. I showed them my skills with a blade and the Akaviri techniques that I have been learning over the years, they seem to really enjoy me breathing fire. The trainers here are pretty strict, but i can handle the yelling. I’ve met some of the other recruits here, they’re good people I guess. I also met a nice breton girl who was a recruit, she was the same age as me and she seems to be great with magic and spells and such, she goes by the name Elara. She didn't even ask for my name when we first met she just told me she was gonna be my sparring partner for the rest of the week whether I like it or not, but i will most likely like it. Maybe training with a sorcerer will be great practice for me since i don't have much experience fighting magic users. Well this week started off great, hopefully everything will continue to be great, and hopefully I can still make my father proud even in death.

Day 4 at the Fighters Guild

The training here is still going well, they’re teaching recruits many different techniques and abilities in how to properly fight the undead and Daedra. Elara and I are at the top of class with our amazing skill for learning things faster than the other recruits and just being great warriors. For the 4 long days i’ve been here I only spend part of it training/learning and the rest with Elara, she’s amazing with magic and such, recently she gave me some sort of crystal that allows me to teleport anywhere of interest. I used this crystal and ported to S’ren Ja for a brief amount of time and then i ported back, this will definitely be a very useful tool in my adventures. After today’s training Elara told me she wanted me to help try something tomorrow with our new abilities we learned today. It seems she found a small cave with undead in it and not a necromancer in sight, I figured she may think this may be great practice for us so she what effects our abilities have on the undead plus we’ll get better experience from this. So I shall accompany her tomorrow, hopefully everything goes well….. they usually don't for me.

Day 6 Fighters guild training

Damn damn damn damn damn damn DAMMIT NOT AGAIN. What we thought was suppose to be training against undead turns out to be a complete disaster. Yesterday Elara told me of a cave filled with undead and we went there to practice our new abilities we learned this week, but what we didn't expect was a damn vampire lurking about controlling the undead and attacking us while we was in there. We had to face a small force of zombies and vampire, luckily I can easily handle the zombies but Elara could not handle the zombies or the vampire. I couldn't protect her from both of them, she was quickly pinned down by the undead. I had to test the new circle of protection ability on us but it was too late for her. I watched the vampire approach her while she was pinned down grabbing her by the neck and lifting her up and just started biting her neck then he just impaled her with his own hand. She screamed loud enough to destroy my ears but not loud enough for anyone else outside to hear. I knew there was no way I can possibly save her and knew i was next I had to act quickly. I felt both fear and anger taking over in me I couldn't control myself…… I just suddenly burst into flames literally and ran at the vampire and just breathed fire in his face until there was only ash and then I breathed some more at him. I quickly ran back to her to see if there was anyway i can her, but there nothing i could do to help her so I stood there watch her die right in front of me. I later took her lifeless body out on front and gave her a proper burial, then head back to the fighters guild not telling anyone where we went last night. I couldn't tell anyone because if they know we did what we did without supervision I would get removed with hesitation. I forged a letter saying it was by Elara and she left for personal reasons. Watching another person that I cared for or liked dying right in front of my eyes it would have caused me to be depressed or sad for weeks but after witness it for years I’m not even surprised anymore.

1st of Frostfall
I've have been thinking lately, what is the purpose of me being here, what the hell am I doing here on Nirn, what is my role here. Am I just a simple nobody who just eat, sleep, get old and die and become just a forgotten memory, or am I suppose to make a significant impact on Tamriel and have my name written in the history of Tamriel.

I've been talking to several people about my life and what I should do or what should i make of myself. One person who helped me the most was the Priestess of Mara, Laefire, who managed to help cheer me up since I was still mourning the lost of......... everyone. She manage to stop me from acting like a mopey child all the time. She also told me about the divines who are like gods that make up up the bones of Nirn. I never really thought much about the divines, but after talking to Laefire I became more interested in them and was eager to learn more about them. Out of all eight of the Divines the one that stood out to me the most was Stendarr God of Justice and Mercy. I have been reading about his teachings and its surprising that I've been living by his code this whole time, why was I not a follower before. He tells his followers " Be generous to the people of Tamriel, Protect the weak, heal the sick, give to the needy" I've been following this rule most my life. But he also believes in well earned luck, that you get what you deserve if you work for it, do I deserve to watch everyone I love die, do I deserve to be doomed to loneliness for the rest of my life, do I deserve to not have the strength to do protect anyone. No. I do not deserve it. I simply have not earned what I deserve yet. I simply did not prove yet that I deserve the good things in life. I simply did not show that I am actually stronger than what I am. I SIMPLY DID NOT PROVE THAT I AFER AM THE MIGHTIEST WARRIOR IN ALL OF TAMRIEL.

Maybe being a follower of Stendarr can help me see life more clearer.
