It has been a great honor to serve you in the ranks of the Vinedusk Rangers. It is with a heavy heart now that I must give you my final report, for reasons I will now make clear.
As a recruit, the virtues of duty and service were instilled in me and I strongly believed that any means were justified if the result was good for the Bosmer people and the Dominion. I hold those virtues in no less esteem today. Rather, I have only come to realize that I can be of greater service to the good people of Reaper's March. They do not have the benefit of our swift and wise Rangers, nor the information gathering abilities of the Eyes of the Queen. Yet they are plagued with disasters and peril, just as your kingdom has been.
I have made strong bonds on this assignment, true friendships with many of the Sugar Claw Clan. My loyalties lie with them, now, in my heart and in my actions. However, I still love Elden Root and the Rangers. I have no intentions or desire to divulge Ranger secrets here, I can only hope you will take my word for that instead of more drastic measures.
I am sure you have found some of my earlier reports to be lacking in detail and sometimes lacking in veracity. In every instance, I was doing what I thought best for the people here and for the Bosmer. My final report will be no different.

- Ignored orders to leave S'ren-ja. Reason: personal risk was acceptable for the protection of citizens of the Dominion.
- A soul anchor was created over the town but quickly destroyed by the quick, organized efforts of the Guard. Underestimate their combined strength at your peril.
- A nameless group has been trying to frame the Sugar Claws for flooding the local market with blue skooma. They will be discovered and turned over to the Dominion representatives.
- Dark Brotherhood activity sharply declined after being repelled by the Guard. Still remain a threat.
- Clan continues to grow and receive offers of aid from outside groups. We would be better friends than enemies.

Majik: sorceress who summoned the soul anchor. Decapitated.
Lorys: bosmer sorceress guilty of possession and mental enslavement. torn to shreds by a werewolf.
Sylvaswift: dishonored, still a member of the Clan.
