Date of Incident: 14th heart Fire
Witnesses: Krynger Battlecat, Do'Zhar, Geargo
Incident Details:
I was informed of an incident at the S'ren ja barracks by Second Lieutenant Kath Mckarr and Argo the Warden. Upon arrival I found that one Paladin Battlecat, Krynger had been detained along with Field Sergeant Do'Zhar by Argo. Reasons behind this being that Do'Zhar had allowed Mr Battlecat to effectively incinerate a prisoner. One captured Dark brotherhood Assassin known as Arquen. Following standard Aldmeri Dominion laws concerning the illegal assassins guild. However such form of execution was deemed wrong, violating protocol concerning respectful treatment of prisoners and potentially torching the prison itself and the barracks. A letter has been sent to Paladin Battlecat's handler to have his situation rectified and Do'zhar has been put on a weeks punishment of running the Prison whilst Warden Geargo is on hiatus.
Warden Geargo was not informed of a new prisoner addition nor was he brought down concerning the execution of the assassin. This has been recorded and a notice will be put up and all Guardsmen informed of the new positions next training session. Do'Zhar has been informed of alternatives and procedures to handle dangerous prisoners such as these assassins.
Update: Geargo wishes to return from Hiatus so he will be reinstated as Warden and Do'zhar will be required to fullfill his week punishment under Geargo's command after his normal duties are done for the day.
