Guard Name: Do'Zhar, Ash Nazg, Kade Thorkan
Date of Incident: 19/9/2014
Witnesses: Arquen
Incident Details: On his routine check of the cells, Do'Zhar found a member of the Dark Brotherhood standing next to the body of an older decapitated Altmer woman, later to be found out as Arquen's mother, and ran over to try and catch him. THe culprit got away and Zhar sent a search party out, led by Ash Nazg, to try and locate the assassin, who got away.
After getting Captain Kade and telling him what happened, Zhar buried the body (with Arquenn being allowed to farewell her mother at the site before returning to her cell) in the graveyard where Ri'Sari's son was laid, buried by Ash.
