I am available

I just wanted to let you guys know that I am available to help/assist in anyway needed. Although I am not sure I want to be an officer at the moment. I prefer to focus on my RP & Leveling. Something my personality cannot do when I hold a position of responsibility LOL. Kind of all - or - nothing type :D Which I expect from others also :P and this does not overly go down well with some.

I often do the bank when I am on, but I have noticed a sharp decline in recruitment, back-log of applications, and a number of other areas. Roster management, Guild Story. Forney worked very hard on the Roster and I on the Story-line and I would hate to see those things crumble.

I am fully aware of the humongous effort it takes to run a tremendously active guild like this one. I don't like to see it fall on one person's shoulders.

I am familiar with the website and how it works, and I want you to know I am available as advisor at anytime I may be needed if you cannot get in touch with Ri'sari.

You have my support do not hesitate to ask.

Also, it is natural that things may look messy under this kind of change, so I'd like to ask everyone to bare with me as I figure out the ropes of this job. No one is trying to destroy anything, and I am always open to hear your critiques and address them if necessary.

If you would like to help me on the Storyline, Tryn, I fully welcome the help. I'm one girl in college trying to write a story that can actively include every single character type and plan for every single wrench a wayward character might throw into the plot.

From what I've read of Sylva's adventures, you're an amazing storyteller, and I'd love your help, especially if you helped organize the story during Ri'sari's reign as Guildmaster. But as Gata said, we need communication. I need messages on Enjin, conversations on Teamspeak, /tell in the game, any one of those to know what suggestions you have. This post came as a shock to both me and Gata because you didn't communicate any sort of displeasure or criticism beforehand.

We're working extremely hard to pick up where other officers have left off, but both of us have never run any sort of guild before.

Oh no I did not mean it as a criticism - sorry if I came across that way. I have watched this happening over the long time Ri'sari has been absent. Not just recently. It has concerned me a lot I guess only because I care. I was in leadership to begin with because I am extremely passionate about Blue Skooma.

I am just offering up my help if needed, other than that Ill stay quiet :)
