Febie is a contradiction to her own life. Everything she is suppose to be, she is not; everything she is, she is not suppose to be. During her morning meditation she ask herself, "Who do I serve" and "Who do I trust" today."
Febie is currently a middle aged High Elf female. She stands out in a Thalmor crowd because she is shorter than most and much more darker skinned. Febie's Father (now deceased from natural causes) was a Thalmor diplomat as was his Father before him. There has always been talk that Febie's bloodline is impure via Redguard contamination. During her schooling and training Febie was often subjected to the allegations that she was "barely" of Thalmor blood. She countered by getting the best grades and the highest training scores.
Febie's Mother was an accomplished healer, now in retirement due to poor health. Her Mother taught Febie how to be humble in her achievements and how to have compassion to all other walks of life. Most important, Febie was taught to respect every race and treat them as equals; a personality trait which often landed Febie on the other side of Thalmor policy.
During her youth, Febie did her duty and did it well. She started out having her "ass in the grass" with the other soldiers instead of being "in the rear with the gear" as the other Thalmor were. Febie's use of the bow saved many an elf life, and she received a battlefield promotion to Officer after she stopped an Orc flanking sweep, regrouped her unit and pushed the orcs back to the cliffs.
Febie loved the military. Life was simple; receive orders, give orders, carry out orders. No elf questioned your bloodline or politics when Orcs were charging you. However, Febie became restless after the war. She was Captain of Guard for several diplomatic posts during which time she received her law degree. For a time, she even practiced law as a Justice of the Thalmor. The policy that "the Thalmor should rule the world because they are superior to all other races" got old real quick and Febie left to become an Adventurer.
On her own, alone in the wilderness, she traveled helping anyone who needed help. Wrongs were made right and the highroad was well traveled. Febie was present at a speech made by Queen Ayrenn shortly after 2E582. Febie liked what she heard and positions herself into becoming an eye for the Queen. The rest is yet to past.
To give the reader an epilogue, the following are quotes from Febie:
1. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
2. Don't assume you are superior to the other guy until your arrow pierces his eye
3. To understand someone, learn their agenda.
4. The only individuals who can upset you are the ones you grant that power/ability to.
5. Differences are to be celebrated, not fought over. However, if the other guy disagrees, kill him.
