Dark moons light up the night in S'ren Ja where all the people slept and only a mouse had stirred. Iniside the Jails however it was a different story. For you see a Black Khajiit and a companion had snuck in with intentions most dark. Unfortunately the mage had messed up and now both of them were stuck inside a bright glowing cube of force with little streams of magic connecting to it from the bars.

The two guards that had been patrolling the four large cells rushed around and stared at the two caught "By the Moons, Captains going to be angry!" One speaks up. The darker khajiit looks at his friend "Wardens going to be mad to! You go get the Captain, this one will stay and hope nothing bad goes wrong!" The light furred khajiit runs out of the Jail whilst the dark furred one sticks around. "What happened Sylva?" he asked, eyes wide and somewhat fearful.

Sylvaswift scratched the back of his luxurious pitch black mane of hair. "Its a funny thing... one minute we were in the manor practice trans-location and then BAM! We are in here! I hope you have a key? I tried picking the lock and it all went terribly wrong. It been years since I failed a lock - you get this one's thumbs up for your security upgrade."

The guard looks dubiously at Sylva, noting him and the mage being outside the cell and inside the force cube whilst the cage with the woman in the cell in it was directly infront of them. "This one thinks that is false. No key going to fix that, Ma'tal thinks. You try pick the lock on the door?" He asked.

Elsewhere Kade is in an annoyed state as he is woken up, donning his armour and grabbing the Primer from its hiding space inside his lodge, hoping Sylva didn't do something stupid or irreversible. He nearly made himself broke getting that place up to his standard with what they'd been dealing with. He slowly makes his way over across S'ren Ja with the large greatsword dragging across the ground.

"Yes alright, alright, you got me." Sylvaswift laughed. "There is no putting anything past you."

Eventually Kade made his way into the Prison and looked around, tail flicking about slowly and he spied the large glowing cell, not that it was hard to miss. He made his way over and crossed his arms, staring at Sylva with a detached neutrality that you'd see in most predatory animals. "Sylva.. in a cell.. with a Wizard and you're both trapped. Care to explain why you're in there?" He asked.

"Yes, Kade most certainly. You see I took it upon myself to test out your security systems. They pass! Good show." Sylvaswift explained happily.

Kade looked between Sylva and the cell he was infront of "..Right. So you decided to try and test out our security.. on a cell that is containing a prisoner. That's dubious at best." He folds his arms, narrowing his eyes onto Sylva. Ma'tal looks to Kade and then back to the others.

"Of course.... this one assumed you would only ward the ones with prisoners in them, yes?" Was I wrong? Sylvaswift shrugged nonchalantly.

Kalistia shuffled her feet a little, fidgeting nervously.

Kade frowned and then looked to Kalistia, immediatly picking up on the nervous fidgeting going on. "You there, Mage. Rather upstanding yes? How about you tell me why you were fiddling with these wards? I'm sure you'd be more inclined to.. speak the truth rather than lead someone around in the wrong direction yes?" He asked, moving around the box to focus on the mage more. Like any predator, going for the weakest link in the pack.

Kalistia cleared her throat."It is as Sylvaswift says." She then glanced at Sylvaswift and back to Kade and smiled.

Sylvaswift spoke up. "You see? Kalistia here, my mage is nervous. She prefers the company of books to that of hostile grumpy khajiit guards. Isnt that true, love?"

Kalistia nods repeatedly.

He looked between them, she was covering him plain as day. "Right. So.. you decide to come in here, middle of the night to a cell thats currently housing a rather dangerous individual to.. test it. You have evaded the notice of these two on duty, now sit in a full on force cell." He paces around, watching them. "Cut the crap. There's more to this, allot more. Frankly I am inclined to leave you both in there for the night, then come morning come on and then take the time to undo this damage you've done." He keeps pacing, ears flat in irritation as he was tired.

"So, you both will be facing charges from this. Tampering with infrastructure, causing damage to said infrastructure, that being the wards primarily. See, I'd hate to run the assumption that you were attempting to break Cesare out, with evidence present that seems almost coincidental. Creeping in at Night, possibly an attempt at picking the lock though that would be difficult to prove without finding a lockpick or fragments within the lock. But the ward damage and obvious tampering is right in front of us." He looks them over slowly, looking to the woman then Sylva. Ears perked forward listening to them, his eyes watching theirs. "I won't force anything. After all I'm willing to bet you'll stick with your stories. However I am going to be getting a few other guards in. So please have patience." he then looks to Ma'tal "Get me Geargo and whomever you can get with him." He looks at Kalistia "You're not suffering any burns or anything from the backlash?"

"Well of course I am going to avoid guards - that was all part of the test. That part you failed, but this one will not mark it against you for he is very good at sneaking; lock-picking also but I am thinking your locks are faulty." Sylvswift sighed with exasperation. "I suppose his law, of yours, has been sanctioned by the Clan Mother and posted for all to see, and no neither or us are injured... thank you for asking."

(Yes Argo,)

Kade smiled at that and walked around Sylva and the Mage, not rising to the bait at all. He checks the lock and shakes his head, followed by looking at the door and the bars with a shake of the head and looked back to Sylva and Kalistria "You both are sentenced to Hard Labor. You both will weed and plow the eastern Moon Sugar fields on your own with provided tools whilst under supervision of the Guard. You have a week from today to get it done." He states. "You both will be fitted with a bracer and will be supervised throughout the time. Every morning you will escorted to the field and will work it until sundown. Basic food and water will be provided whilst you are out there. Breaks will be supervised, injuries will be tended to as per norm." He states.

He steps back and looks at the Cell and the Ward, tail flicking about and motions for the two guards to flank them, waiting for Argo to come as well as another if they could find one.

Frowned noticeably. "Again there is no trial, no running these... conditions with a superior. Kade just assigns laws as he please and exacts punishments as he wills it. Quite the little furry tyrant, yes?" Sylvaswift paused to think before continuing. "I admire your attempts at law and order, but as any good guard know they know who and when to punish. Otherwise they find themselves with more enemies than their piddly units can handle."

Argo had an felling that day that some thing was up and he didn't like it , so Argo woke up with this is the middle of the night and rolled put of bed careful not to wake Peri and worrie her as he silently went and dressed before he started equipping his heavy armor and strapping on his multiple weapons to him self , as he was strapping his 5th or 6th blade to him self he heard some one walk up to the door and immediately answered it before the guard could even knock as his jaw dropped as to how he though how fast argo got ready. Argo motion for him to lead on and silently closed the door leaving an note on it and followed to the prison. Argo over heard most of what made and sylva have said and it didn't surprise him at all. He suspected that sylva "" friend ship"" was very one sided as sylva only seamed to come around when he wanted some thing, sure Argo was one of sylvas stalkers for information but he since some thing about sylva and keep a lot of information from him and only told him what he would hear by rumor any ways. Argo listened to them talk before he entered and replied to sylva saying " this one had an felling about him, sylva allways seamed to come around when he wanted some thing from this one , curious no? Well to this one it was very clear sylva's "" friend ship"" with this one was very one sided and he is not surprised , really you wouldn't think this one planed all of this would he?" argo chuckled then replied a bit harshly to sylva stating " an trial can be passed by kade or arisel as both are the superior as long as their was reason and proff , both can pass trial based on it, as for laws and punishments? The prison is closed to all visitors after sun set and till sun rise and as for an test an superior had to be notified before hand so it is not used as an excuse as it seams to be here , if sylva wants an charge then this one offers him trespassing , conspiracy , tampering , should this one continue? " he offered sylva "this can be explained if one really must hear the evidence to support each clam"

(If this doesn't work let me know I wanted kade to check it first but I saw he posted so I though I should to as well)

"The only Superior that I have is Arisel. I operate with her approval to dole out punishment for crimes committed and bring forth trials when they are required. As do my guard when it comes to arrests and fines. Have an issue? Get over it." He comments. He flipped open the book and started flicking through the pages. If I were a furry little Tyrant I'd cut your fingers off..or maybe a hand or two. He thought, muttering as he ignited a little fiery dragon that crawled out and wrapped itself around his right wrist. "Where's that page..."

Sylvaswift's wrath dissipated momentarily into a happy smile when Geargo approached. However, his cheery facade dropped briefly when Bbigeargo announced what he truly believed about his friendship, for he truly saw Gear as a friend. It hurt him much, much deeper then he let show. It took a few moments before he even registered Kade's words to him. When he did he stifled a vicious snarl. Inwardly he dropped Kade down to underneath his boot, joining many, many others he had no time for and if he had his way would see their ruin.

It was about that time that Sylvaswift decided to quit the clan and join his lover. He would stay in close contact and offer protection to those he cared for and in kind to him returned. Sylvaswift was many things, but he was faithful to his word in all things. He had promised Lucrezia & Milo he would take care of Cesare and he had failed in that task - another failure.

He would serve his time in the fields treating it as his own penance exacted for this failure. Hard work for him was a holiday from exercising and staying fit in his estimation anyway. He offered up no more words to Kade and instead stood quietly waiting for the cards to fall where they pleased. If you looked closely you would see a look of smugness - to this day still, no-one other than Sumar held any sway over him, in that he was well pleased.

Kade paced around a bit, ears flattening at Geargo's tirade that he launched into and looked significantly agitated "Argo, keep personal and professional issues separated. I called you down here so you and Ma'tal can move Cesare to another cell whilst this one gets repaired." He said as he frowned, flipping through more pages until he found the one he was after. He walked over to the jail cell and began to utter something quietly in Ta'agra and waved his hand about and the magic began to dissipate after about ten-twenty minutes to complete since they'd messed up the ward.

"Argo we have him for tampering. Thats it." He turns to look at the two freed individuals "For that you have two days in the fields." He was being light on it and it seemed to fit with what Sylva'd been caught with. "I'll see you two at the fields in the morning." He then looks to the other guard "After change over, stop by the clinic and ask Calomel come down to check Cesare out." He nods.

"He wasn't harmed if that is what you are presuming. I am not an assassin... (yet he said under his breath.)" Sylvaswift told Kade, void of emotion in tone and expression.

"Why would I think you'd harm him? He isn't looking to good so I'd rather make sure all is fine." He nods.

Sylvaswift nodded. "As you say." Sighs. "I can leave now? I will be needing my rest for the days ahead, wont I."

Argo simply was offended hearing sylva's argument with kade which partly made him act the way he did also the fact that the last time some one broke out no one let up on the greef they gave him and that sylva would cause that to him inraged him also that he had an gut felling this was going to happen for a few days leaving him sleeped deprived didn't help as well so Argo didn't argue with kades call as he only ment to defend kade and stop sylva from talking sure he still partly wanted to think sylva was his friend but looking at the facts he saw he didn't know if he could believe that or not , Argo thought this over subconscious as he simply stood to the side and trusted kades call "very well kade" he simply replied as he would have to explain why he brought up his personal felling in to this latter but for now he focused on the situation at hand but still was a bit annoyed at sylva as Argo though who was really his friend and who simply was using him as he was starting to lose sight of which sylva really is as he saw with fact he was bit ,with opinion he wasn't and argued with him self subconsciously

Sylvaswift left with Kalistia in tow without another word. Already in his mind he was uprooting organizing in his head the removal of his possessions and sale of his home. He was confident given the way of things Sren'ja would implode and collapse and he set his sights on bigger horizons. Why be Alpha male of one tiny insignificant town when you could be Alpha male of the entire region, an easy feat for one so connected as he. Yes, one week was all he had left to endure of this little town of horrors.
