Name: Milo Hilltop

Condition: Poison splash to the eyes, irritation and loss of vision

Treatment: Follow-up on Calomel's work, eyes have already been flushed clean. Administered pain medication and repaired minor scratching to the sclera. Channeled restorative magic to soothe inflammation, and the patient reported an improvement in vision.

Prescription: Saltwater drops to be administered as needed. Any change in vision is to be reported.

Name: Sarena Swiftclaw

Condition: Gash on the right leg, inflicted by Keatenda (werewolf)

Treatment: Painkillers and stitches, disinfected the wound to prevent the spread of lycanthropy. Patient is to be monitored for the next week up until the full moon for signs of lycanthropy. If lycanthropy persists, refer to Alijham for possible cures.

Name: Keatenda

Condition: Cut across the back of the thigh, severed hamstring

Treatment: Administered a sedative to render the patient unconscious. Surgical repair of the hamstring, stitches to close the wound and repair of the tissue by restorative magic. Note: Sayil is a good assistant, steady hands. Will thank her later.

Prescription: Monitor patient's recovery process further while incarcerated in the S'ren-ja jail. Patient is not to move her leg for one week at most. Healing potions and painkillers will be administered every morning and evening while the leg heals.

7th of Frostfall, 2E 582

Name: Keatenda AGAIN

Condition: Crushed windpipe

Treatment: Patient is to remain in her cell and guards are to monitor the condition of her throat. Administer a liquid diet for two days to allow the throat to repair without stressing the muscles. Continue to administer healing potions twice daily for one week.

Name: Nahrasha

Condition: Stab wounds to the leg, bruises, burns, hallucinations, contusions, broken arm, labored breathing - further diagnoses needed

Treatment: Attempted restorative magicka healing on the worst wounds, interrupted when the patient awoke and ran for it. Patient continued to scream and cry about imagined attackers, and I presume that she hallucinated myself and the gathered assistance as those ruffians. Zi-Xi, Sabirr, and Sarena were able to calm her, though the hallucinations persisted. Transferred Rasha to Zi-Xi's care, since my presence appears to agitate her.

Name: Captain Kade Thorkan

Condition: Gash to the leg and eye, burns and irritation from smoke if that fahrag Dar'athad gets hurt, I'll make it septic, I swear to the Three

Treatment: Restorative repair of the eye and leg, reduction of irritation in eyes and nose. Administer healing potions to decrease irritation and swelling, monitor recovery process and discourage patient from strenuous activity, though he'll most likely ignore my instructions.
