Lovianath Silinorian's D&D Alignment is Neutral Good. Lovianath is an Altmer who was born into nobility, and his home town is and was a large and busy city. He had nothing denied to him as he grew up. However, he ended up learning that there was a price to be paid for being different. From a very early age he had an inward feeling of being drawn towards Dark Magic, and he was fascinated by the very concept of the Daedra. He spent many nights in his family's library under candlelight studying over ancient tomes. He studied Dark Magic and everything he could find in his family's library about the Daedra from his late childhood up until the day he left his home city. He has always been very close to his mother and his father, but other than his parents he was never accepted by most due to his withdrawn nature. Lovianath had one close friend whom he trusted. He scarcely saw his friend due to the enormous amount of time he spent reading. Other than his one friend, and his parents, others looked upon him with fear, anxiety, and confusion. Lovianath's family was well known and well respected all throughout the city and by Lovianath's 25th birthday the other nobles finally fully accepted that he was a potential danger to the community. Rumors had spread quickly among the nobles of his city that he had been participating in ritualistic sacrifice and necromancy in a local tomb within the city. These claims were false, but due to Lovianath's reputation as one who was interested in the dark arts of magicka and as being one with an unnatural fascination with Daedra, no one but his parents and sole friend believed that he was innocent. Lovianath silently mocked his enemies within his mind but said very little even to his parents about his own innocence. Though good and decent he enjoyed the confusion and suffering of his enemies by observing their fear of him, because he felt it as a just form of payback due to their assumptions about him without even attempting to get to know him on a personal level.

The claims against Lovianath of necromancy followed him for two months after the rumors had started, and despite his father's political influence he was arrested and held in custody at the age of twenty five. At his trial his only supporters were his beloved parents and his sole and trusted friend.

During his trail Lovianath seethed with rage but withheld himself from aggression for fear of his parents being punished because of his actions. He had in fact been in the local tomb that was mentioned but it wasn't to perform acts of necromancy. He had been in the tombs depths because it was a private place to study the Dark Arts of Magicka and Daedric Summoning, and it was also a place where he could practice the casting of dark spells and conjuration without being disturbed by anyone. This very act in Lovianath's mind was completely harmless even though it was illegal, and he would have said very little at his trial had it not been for the deep love he had for his family and his most trusted friend. He didn't want to add a higher level of stress to his mother and father, so he told the authorities at his trial the truth about his entering the tomb and why. Those observing the trial seemed to not believe a word that was spoken by Lovianath, because in his home town standing out as different led only to being totally ostracized.

Lovianath was found innocent only because of his father's influence over the judicial system in his home town. The day after his trial Lovianath began hearing dark whispering in his mind. He sat at home alone in his room listening to the call of darkness within his own mind. He had and has a clear sense of right and wrong, good and evil, but he had this knowing deep within himself that he was destined for horrible things. He did not understand the Daedric language being whispered in his mind, but he felt an increased seething of hatred within his heart for all of those in his city save for only his loved ones.

"I will leave tonight.", he whispered to himself as he lay on his bed. At that moment the dark voice in his mind subsided and he felt himself drift asleep. He woke up from his nap and looked out his bedroom window at the bustling city below. It was the afternoon and many citizens of his home town were still heading off to the local merchants to shop for various things. He looked down at them as they walked and he felt that seething feeling of anger that had developed into wrath which he expressed to no one other than his diary. His temper was and is without a doubt his greatest weakness. He clenched his fist in intense anger and closed his eyes. No one really knew how angry he was due to his ability to hide his feelings beneath an expression of disinterest.

Lovianath relaxed his hand releasing it from a clenched position and looked away from the window at his destruction staff and the rest of his belongings that were in various places in his room. He began packing and once he had finished he went into one of the living rooms of his family's mansion where his mother and father were chatting about their day and various other things.

He hugged his mother and his father. They looked puzzled as he handed them a letter sealed with wax. "I must leave. I am not accepted by the people of this city, and I will not find respite in this narrow minded place. I will correspond through letters. I love you both with all of my heart. Please give this letter to my dearest friend", Lovianath said. There was a deep expression of sorrow on his father's face and tears slowly moved down his mothers cheeks. "We will always love you son.", Lovianath's father said and his mother nodded still crying. "We love you.", she said.

"I will visit from time to time but only under the cover of night. I don't want the people of this city to know I have ever returned not even for a visit. In between my visits I promise to keep in touch. Please look for my letters. I love you both."

Lovianath felt great despair in his heart as he picked up his staff and the bag that housed the rest of his belongings. He made his way out of the door of his family's mansion and into the now dark streets.

"I will find the source of this darkness within me. I will understand the meaning of these words of darkness within my mind.", Lovianath said silently to himself as he reached the fields on the outskirts of his home city leaving with feelings of sorrow, unexpressed excitement, and relief.
