Witnesses: Ser Battlecat, Afer, Peridota, Sarena Swiftclaw, Sabirr, Mikása, Katiara Nightborne, Bethany of Kirkwall, Prudence Marvollo.
Incident Details: On the evening of the 5th, the Dunmer Mikása approached the vampire Katiara Nightborne and began behaving threateningly towards her, resulting in Do'Zhar, Afer and Peridota surrounding the Dunmer. After trying to get her to stop she started threatening the guards as well, resulting in a small stand off between the Guards and Mikása, where Mikása was apprehended and moved outside S'ren Ja's borders for her to cool off.
