1: Belisse shut her eyes and drifted off to sleep, arms warm and safe around her waist. It took her until the morning to realize that she had fallen asleep with the house all to herself.
2. Shazgrob walks into the house. She then strips and starts dancing.
3. Gnarlus wanted to give a gift from his soul to his love. The Dremora gave him a soul gem.
4. I’ve worked the night patrols alone, until I saw a face staring at me from within a mirror. It was then I realized, it was not my reflection.
5. Boethiah came to the dreams of a boy who wished to be a warrior and taught him to fight. In reality, he slaughtered his entire village.
6. I was once eating a bowl of truffles and bit into one that was really soft. To my horror, I realized it was a spider’s egg sac, with thousands of tiny spiders exploding into my mouth and covering my face and crawling down my throat.
7. As I huddle in my room, my candle finally burns out. Oh well, at least I won’t see the daedra when they come for me.
8. Swim out as far as you can, they told me. I didn’t know that beyond the shallows, there were slaughter fish.
9. I always go to my parents’ graves to beg forgiveness for what I’d done. Their voices were always as crackling as the fire that took them.
10. A man made a wish to Clavicus Vile to be the most famous being in the land. He woke up the next day looking like a daedra in the hall of templars.
11. This one would sew many clothes for the people in the village. Every day there were more and more clothes… and fewer and fewer people.
12. Once there was one who dreamed that he was ash flowing through the wind, carefree. Until he came upon his grave, for he realized he was a shade.
