A very silly activity

One of the classes I'm taking has a segment about teamwork. Since we've been talking so much about rules, roles, and goals, I thought that maybe I could put this assignment to good use. It's supposed to remind people of their purpose and what they want to do or something like that by putting it into a road map. Those of you who have cubicle jobs are probably used to this silliness.

Here is the general thing's shape. If any of you have suggestions for stuff to put in it, go ahead and say them!

We definitely need something to help us work as a team though, with alot more communication.

Oh yeah... I should probably explain it.

The bottom one is our philosophy, which would be something like "To create a fun environment for interactive storytelling," or however we want to word it.
"What do we do" refers to our jobs, in this case it would be making sure everything runs smoothly.
"How do we do it" would be things like moderating forums, including new players, and the more specific ways we do what we do.
The top is our goal. This is what we're trying to do right now, or in other words, or desired direction with the guild.

I need the most help with the top one, honestly, so go ahead and brainstorm.

I edited it to have my thoughts on the subjects included; feel free to modify it.
If no one seems interested I'll just treat this as an independent project =P

About roles and our goal as a guild

We can off course debate on that, but that is what is there listed. I don't know if we will continue with the same direction though.

as far as I know our only "direction" was to get more members to RP with and with those members create a guild story for all to participate in.

Yeah, I think that is what is written there, actually, on the about us session.

I think we should keep that as our aim, but I don't know. Maybe you guys wanna do something different. Or maybe that is not good enough as an aim. I dunno

I think that is a perfect aim for us, it is what we have been up until this point. I personally don't see a reason to change it

Our goal: To get new and diverse members into our groups in order to introduce new story lines.

I think this encompasses what we're trying to do right now. Our only lead for the guild story is a ghost in the sugar plantation and the fact that commerce is returning to Sren'ja, so now is a great time to get new people into our circle. This should be an easy goal to accomplish if we all work together and continue to make this a desirable setting.

I guess a secondary goal is to offer memebers as much as we can from game content wise, aka Good Guild store, other events not directly related to rp (Auction atm is the only one but we have had others) and just a good social environment OOC.

As a cubicle worker I am very familiar with these silly things and am thrilled that we're playing with one!

One of the things my company has been talking about lately is "why" we do what we do. The idea is that once we have a compelling "why" it's easier to decide on what we do and how we do it.

So why would we want to "provide a friendly interactive and progressive roleplaying environment for everyone to participate in"?

I personally would like to have a guild where people could relax and not be reminded constantly of their problems. Also I think it's important that we all have fun together.

We need a guild to incorporate more roleplay. I've noticed that SOME RP activity has lowered. Blue skooma is a RP guild after all, we just can't get 'lazy' with our roleplay.

Right, I keep thinking that the rp part is implied on this guild lol sorry
