Totally agree. 8pm EST should be ok for me. Though there is a very slight chance that I won't be able to make it until 9. Very slight. I'll keep you posted.

Sounds like we'll be meeting at 9p EDT on Friday, Oct 17 (today). Can anyone reach out to officers still in the guild who haven't responded to this post? I think it's important that we get a good idea as to who will be helping run things moving forward. I'd volunteer but am at work until 8-8:30 EDT (5-5:30 my time) and can't log into game.

Well are we keeping this to officers or are members invited as well? I would consider inviting s few and seeing if we can fill up some departments again.

I guess we can invite a few if they are interested in becoming an officer. Wouldnt hurt.

That's not a bad idea Daiun, sadly, we still have no clue who plans on staying still. I think we should figure out who is willing to continue on.

Agreed with everyone! Maybe an officer only and then once we finish talking about what needs to be talked about, then once we've assessed how many positions and officer we'll need we can open it up to the whole guild. Like Herfi suggested.

I may or may not be able to make it to this meeting, just in case I will state here that I am willing to push forward and continue to go on as one of Blue Skooma's Diplomatic officers, I have done my best to work closely with Gata, and will try and work harder to keep @KateMo, senior officer of the diplomatic department, informed on what I am doing.

Hey everyone, I am @Elridge in game on the Aldmeri Dominion, North American Server, and an officer of Blue Skooma Roleplayers. We would like to extend an invitation to our weekly live auctions held every Saturday in the Merchant's Plaza of Marbruk Greenshade @10pm EST. We auction a different assortment of items every week, while giving out prizes throughout the event.

We also do what we call, The 50/50 Soul Raffle, previously exclusive to guild members only. We are now opening doors to this event to the public.

What is the 50/50 Soul Raffle?
What we do is we charge 500 gold for a ticket, half of it goes towards the guild coffers, and the other half goes into the jackpot. We do this throughout the week and announce the winner at the auction. There is also a runner up prize who receives a random assortment of items as a prize.
