- Dark and heavy, sensitive subjects like rape, dismemberment, torture, killing and the like should be done in group chats, and not involve the entire guild. If you want to make it public, contact an rp officer first.
- Criminal actions in the area between the S'ren-ja wayshrine and the docks area may result in IC punishment (See Crime and Punishment section below).

- Faction leaders must be active in the guild, but specially in the town of S'ren-ja. If the player is absent for longer than a week time or was absent for 2 guild story events without giving notice of their absence to the Senior Officer team, their position can be claimed by any active member that might want it. However, the member must state so to the Roleplay department prior to doing it. When the former leader returns, if he/she might want to regain their position, they are allowed a duel to get their position back. The duel will be decided between the members. They can request mediation from one of the officers. The members must warn the officer team of the outcome of said match.
Crime and Punishment
CRIME AND PUNISHMENT
This set of guidelines is only for the area of the S'ren-ja town, marked in the image bellow:
image no longer hosted — http://i62.tinypic.com/219wf38.png[/img]
For the action to be considered legal, a RP officer and a guard character must be present (NPC or not). The rp officer will roll a dice for the action and then for the escape act. Below is a guide to what crimes and punishments should be.- Murder, torturing, slavery, high treason resulting in another character's death: Fine (1.5k) + banishment for 2 weeks, with the option of flogging + a bigger fine (2k) to reduce the banishing for a week time. In the end of the banishment period the player must rp their way and/or acceptance back to town as IC the banishment will be told as permanent. Second offenders will be banished for 3 weeks.
When the character returns from the banishment, they will perform 1 week of community service (cleaning the town, fixing the buildings and roads), second offenders will perform a month of community service. - Attempt of murder, high treason, arson, dealing skooma (second offence and so on): two weeks alternating between hard labor in the mines and the stocks (cage) + fine (1k) + 1 week of community service (cleaning the town or repairing the buildings/roads)
- Assault and dealing skooma (first offenders): fine (800g) + hard labor for a week + community service for 3 days.
- Robbery, Vandalism, property damage: fine (defined by the value of the item that was stolen) + servitude for a week or two to the person they tried to steal from (depending on the value of the item, it can vary from a week to a month).
- Trespassing, Possession of Skooma for personal use: 500g fine + 1 week of community service
- Feral vampires And WW's that attack others should be punished for attempt of murder, if they kill people, then they will receive murder punishment.
ATENTION: Werewolves and Vampires may be subjected to punishment from the town's wolf pack/vampire coven BESIDES being punished from the guards. Said punishment shall be delivered on said group's hideout and is to be decided among the alpha/leader and the criminal OOCly, after they make their decision, they must inform the GM or one of the RP officers of their choice before actually doing it. - Self defense cases: All self-defense cases will face a trial with the current town council, the rp officer and the guard present should serve as witnesses at said person's innocence.
- Guards that commit crimes will be punished accordingly to their crimes + will have their guard status suspended. Said suspension might be permanent or temporary, depending on severity of the crime, as to be decided icly by town council or guard captain. The council members have the ability to make an appeal.
If the guard acts in self defense, they will face a trial that may result in a fine or in proper punishment for the crime, but will remain being guards.
Fade to Black
FADE TO BLACK OPTION
When a violent, NSFW or any triggering action (it is up to the player what may or not trigger them) is to be performed, all members involved in said action (even if just as spectators) have the option of calling FTB on their characters and returning to the rp when it is "safe".
Members that choose to FTB will still be regarded as being in the event ICly, and must be consulted on any outcome that might occur to their characters.
Failing to respect another member's right to Fade to Black will result in counseling from Guild Master or Officers
Example:Herfi Driderkitty wroteSay the Thalmor came to town to execute and make an example of a political protester (someone who wanted to kill off their character). As the rp plays out there is a lot of drama leading up to the protester being lead up to the chopping block and the executioner raising their sword to deliver the final blow. At this point, players can be reminded they can call FTB and leave. They don't need to watch the execution details, see what is done with the remains, or really know a lot of the details around that. At that point folks are filled in with the aftermath that the player is dead and their remains are buried/burned/taken back to auridon and the roleplay can continue. - Murder, torturing, slavery, high treason resulting in another character's death: Fine (1.5k) + banishment for 2 weeks, with the option of flogging + a bigger fine (2k) to reduce the banishing for a week time. In the end of the banishment period the player must rp their way and/or acceptance back to town as IC the banishment will be told as permanent. Second offenders will be banished for 3 weeks.
