Dear Guildmates!
There are a few spots open for officership, and we'd very much like you guys to apply for them if you want!
We have the Chronicle Department, great for those of you who like to write, who have a habit of taking notes and all that!
Here are the tasks of a scribe officer:
And then there is the Roster Department, for those of you who are level-headed, calm and responsible.
Here is what they do:
Last, there is the Roleplay Department, responsible for making sure Roleplay is happening and that the Guild Events will have nice and fun storylines, and that everyone is having a good time.
Their chores are:

Note: All Officers are expected to be kind, polite and to always communicate among each other and with the GM.

- Compile guild story accounts in to the Blue Skooma Storyline thread
- Publish a recap of guild IC and OOC happenings once a week in the News forum. It should be short and to the point.
- Send out a Newsletter using the in-game mail system to every member using the Guild Tools addon. It has to be very clear and concise because the game mail cannot hold much text.
- Take notes of the officer meetings and post them on the officer forums as a global announcement.
And then there is the Roster Department, for those of you who are level-headed, calm and responsible.
Here is what they do:
- Oversee character sheet promotions. Final say on Trial Member to Full Member promotions.
- Remove trial members that have not done their character sheet within 14 days. Mail members as to why they were removed.
- Keep the roster up to date, in game and in the website.
Last, there is the Roleplay Department, responsible for making sure Roleplay is happening and that the Guild Events will have nice and fun storylines, and that everyone is having a good time.
Their chores are:
- Make sure we are recruiting new members.
- Aprove and process new member applications.
- Promote the guild outside of the game. ESO forums, community forums, Facebook page and any other social media.
- Deal with other RP guilds approved by the diplomacy or the GM
- Creating a list of partner guilds and keeping it updated. The list is supposed to contain information regarding the friend-guild's style of RP and rules and code of conduct in said guild's hub.
