Jo' Ra Baalzebul
A Khajiiti Wizard of approximately 240 Moon cycles or 20 years of age. He is a direct descendent of the powerful Eshita family of Pallitine. And of this family- one particularly secretive, wealthy and powerful branch that still operates under its own agenda with regard to the unification resulting in the Elsweyre Concord.
An orphan raised by the Breton known only as Drakenkin, he was afforded the very best in personal educators and trainers. His Father, a politically well-connected Scholar and graduate of Winterhold College, and his Mother, a singular Mage and Proctor of Ultimate Galvesence with the Mages Guild. His parents were both lost under mystifying circumstances when he was just 13 years old.
Jo' Ra achieved 'Master Wizard' status very early, having completed all the Mages Guild quests at only level 30 instead of the usual level 43. He is focusing on his career as an Enchanter, and Alchemist and particularly as a Woodworker, in his desire to craft only the finest enchanted Staffs and potions in all of Tamriel.
