Voting system

I know this was briefly discussed last meeting however we should create something official that we will stick too. A set of rules we follow when we vote as an issue and what issues and at which point the vote gets passed to the members.

I put this in the forums instead of bringing it up at the officer meeting since I think we dont need to discuss it there and can save some time by just talking through the forums.

/\ I was trying to organize what was said about this, but my english is not good enough, wonder if Herfi could be so kind as to type it out and post here so we can see about it and discuss what would work or not and later organize it in a "Officer 101" thread

I think here is fine, we need to be careful about too much on Backstage.
