Setting Up Contest to Select New RP Officers

I'm going to be setting up the contest here, including rules, ideas, and the like, so that way any officers can give me feed back and throw ideas at me if any arise. Also, if any members have ideas to add, feel free to message me or send me mail!

I really need some more ideas for the RP Event criteria. Also, please let me know what other information I can include, if I've left out anything, and/or if the organization of the thread doesn't make sense.

RP Event Contest

The RP Department is in need of some wonderful new officers! Now I'm sure you may be thinking, "No way! I could totally do that! Where do I sign up?" Well, you're in luck. No need for an application. Just take part in our little contest! Just keep reading. c;





How does this work?
The contest is to see who can come up with the best RP event idea. This event must fit the following criteria:

• Involve the whole guild (Remember there are some low levels that may not be able to fight in-game as well)
• Not revolve solely around your character (Of course your character can be in it and even have a major role in your story, just don't make it so that they are the in the limelight the whole time. We don't want you to become an officer just to so that your character can be known)
• Doesn't involve any God-Moding or the killing or harming of anyone or group of people without consent from said person/people (See this thread for details)

You can make multiple submissions, just create a separate thread for each idea. Make your threads as descriptive and organized as possible. List people or things that will be necessary for the story. Plan out details. Let me know by replying to this thread that you would like to participate. There will be multiple people picked for office as we have some space to fill.

Who can participate?
Everyone! As long as you're a member of Blue Skooma Roleplay and have a love of RP and a want to help and lead others, you can participate.

When will this happen?
This contest will be open for 2 weeks. [Insert date here] to the [insert date here]. At 11:59 of the [insert last date here], submissions will no longer be accepted. The RP Department will review the entries, and after a week, on [insert date here], we will message those who we think have the best submissions.





The following names have replied to this thread indicating that they wish to participate. Those names in this color indicates that your submission thread has been looked over and accepted into the competition.

Do you think any more guild lines for the even should be added? I couldn't think of anything else.
Also, do you think any information is missing?

I read it over earlier, but didn't want to post and clutter up your pretty contest post haha, it looks good to me. Though I might not be running for an officer spot, I might post a guild story here to when I get the chance ;)

When does everyone think this contest should be held?

I would think as soon as you are ready for it, since we do need RP officers
