No one in this town deals skooma anymore, and the bandit dealers you find, sell the poisoned stuff, not good for you or your health.
It's then you remember something. That Shaman cat that lives in the caves... She was talking about Crystallized Moonlight. You swear you heard it, she was going on and on about how those "religious tools" were forbidden and that it sucked.
She says that to everyone.
Maybe, maybe she knows where to get some...
If only you could find which cave she's in...

Looking at this thread, I had an idea.

What, if in addition to having skooma dealer like A Gata, if we had a doctor that helped with the misuse of Skooma or overuse of Skooma?

The doctor is researching methods of how to treat the use of improperly-prepared Skooma, as it causes a loss of voice, minor fits, and even death. This doctor creates or is testing a treatment for these adverse effects of skooma. In addition to treating these symptoms, the doctor could also help long-term users and addicts get clean.

I haven't been in the RP scene long enough to know if we already have a character that does this or if anyone be interested in having a character like this.

Hey! I'd also like to add the Phyriel is a peddler that spends a good amount of time in S'ren-Ja. She could sell and help keep the Skooma flowing by bringing it from other sources or bringing tools to Skooma cooks.

I think we could do zris idea and gata always needs help. Though she makes her Own skooma, doesn't trust other people with it

On the same token, if Gata came to trust her, Phy could at least get her new tools when she needed them. Just a thought, not trying to force anything.

If she somehow brought it up with Ali, being a master alchemist, he's quite good and brewing illegal goods. How do you think he got so wealthy ;P He makes plenty of pretty little illegal things in his shop if Gata is interested.

Having the guard's captain do illegal things would make him corrupt which could cause to drama if found out, just to point that out there.
