For Monday, I had in mind that we would do a faction sign-up day. We need to determine the leaders, or even ask at the event something like, "Is there anyone who would like to hold the leader position for [insert faction here]?" And then if there are multiple people who want the position, do a quick vote. Or we can just assign the leaders.
As for after, I had a few team-building ideas to get those within their newly formed factions to start learning how to work together cooperatively.
- The faction to work together and take down the World Boss at Old Sren'ja Docks without letting any more than 3 of their faction members get knocked out (die) in the fastest time wins the competition.
- Go to Rawl'kha, the faction must craft the most visually attractive set of armor/clothing (any level) by mixing 2 or more armor styles. Then they will pick a model to show off the armor. The most visually appealing set wins the competition. The winning armor set is determined by a balanced panel of judges.
- Have the leader of each faction stationed together in a hidden area/town (i.e. Vile Manse, Fort Greenhill, etc.), though before they leave to said area, they have to give their faction 3 clues as to where the area is. However, no faction leader can give a clue that is the same as the other faction leader. Then the factions will have to work together to find the place where their leaders are located.
