I might be a bit late (if I can make it at all), I have work in a bit and wont get off until 7pm PST/10pm EST. Although last time my employer was about an hour late in letting me off work x.x

If I do not make it I would like to add that there are pending officer applications that require some input, just more opinions, specifically from senior officers of the branches they are applying for.

As the leader of the new Mercantile Alliance I will be making a thread specifically for everyone to sign up for the upcoming Style Show.

As for the Senior officer of Diplomacy duties, now that my own personal IRL Halloween party is over, I will continue to work on the ESO official forum thread until I feel I can deliver a message fitting of Blue Skooma. If any of the other Diplomacy officers are working on anything of the sort, I would love to hear about it. (Advertisements and Promotions)

I would like to add advertisement of the raffle to the list, I advertise whenever Im on but I would like if someone could occasionally send a msg through guild chat (or do a bit of zone advertising) about the raffle when Im not on. About 99% of tickets are bought by me reminding ppl to buy them

quick question regarding taking notes:

Before the incident with some folks leaving, folks were talking about recording the meetings. I didn't understand the purpose of that, if we were trying to give folks that couldn't attend something to listen to or what, and I never heard where any of those were stored.

That being said, if we are stating that we need a recording, we can probably do it, though if its "open to the public" it would be a lot easier to use twitch.tv or some other streaming service to record and store the logs for that. If this is restricted to just blue skooma members, we'd have to store the audio somewhere secure, that could be an issue, since most are open to the public. If we see no use for recording these meetings, well then just disregard.

I don't think we need to record the meetings. We just need to make the notes and add them to the news forums later or the regular officer's forums
