Structure for the faction

Would it be a Arch-Mage - Council - Members sort of deal?
Or a Head Mage - Council - Members ?
Or Head Mage - Council ?

Bring your ideas so I can make a poll and we can vote!
(People will have time to defend their ideas when the poll comes up, every one of the idea makers will make a comment on the poll saying why their idea should be chosen. Now it is only a gathering of information for making such poll, so please keep it short and to the point, if you must)

I would say Head mage, who is part of the council, and could be voted out by the council if say a 2/3 majority voted? Or something along those lines.

So, Head mage, council (Say 5 people + head mage?) then general membership.

My suggestion is doing something more like in a Mages Guild type of Structure, like this:
I will be calling it on the poll "Mages Guild-like"

(*) Arch-Mage (the name would be a formality, only)
(*) Master Wizard/Professors (1 for each school)
(*) Warlock/Wizard/Researcher
(*) Apprentice
(*) Associate

Every member would have the right to vote on the matters and all votes, including the Arch-Mage would weight equally. The current Arch-Mage can be outvoted out of the seat if 8/10 of the members vote them out. If the Arch-Mage receives a voting of, say 6/10 to be removed from the seat, a new vote regarding the infra-structure will be made in the likes of the one we are doing here.

No one has another idea? Will be making a thread with a poll tomorrow at 9pm EST tops!

I like using the Mages Guild sturcture, but I have a question. Do we have enough members for that kind of structure?

No we don't, actually. but we could start with being a group of professors/apprentices that wanna evolve. or something and fill the positions as people come or the faction grows.
