Gata, I continued work on what you had instructed me to do last night to get my News threads to the front page, but I came to confusion when you said to paste the link from the RSS feed site to the "feed posts" section within the "Manage News" editor. Perhaps you have further instruction for me?

Comparing our screenshots, it seems that much of what is available to you is not available to me. "Settings and authors" and "feed posts." Is there any way you can boost my permissions to allow me to do this?

You already do have that. I don't really see another way into it in the website. Please clear out the cache on your browser and try it again?

I've tried multiple browsers, cleared my caches, cookies, the whole nine yards. I've refreshed multiple times as well. This is not working. Previous officers in my position, did they have different rank / permissions to what I have?

No. They had less. Only The senior officer had more. But you should get it now, no?

But seriously, you should be able to get the same screen as me.
I've tried every possible way, checked everything, and all there shows that you're supposed to see/use that area the same way I do.

My only thought that the tagging system implies I need both tags, or whichever is highest on any hierarchy of ranking. I tried again, but no cigar.

Try to access it from the admin pannel. It's on the left most top corner of the page, click Dashboard and then modules

I opened a support ticket. Gotta wait for their answer. Everything should be working, you shouldnt need Both tags, it doesn't even make sense... I will try something else
