Officer meeting notes for 11/04

- New storyline after festival
- promoting auction and raffle - how is it going?
- promoting guild outside of eso - reddit, teso-rp, eso forums, etc.
- recruiting new members - zone runs, eso related groups and forums (when recruiting is allowed in such platforms)
- more officers needed - diplomacy, commerce, roster, role play, scribe. All departments should recruit at least one new person on the next couple of weeks.
- ideas for out of game events? for those days like yesterday, when the patch took forever...
- promoting the forums and ic guild - asking members if they want to join, creating new posts, etc.
- member of the week - <3
- caption contest - maybe? should we do it?
- Screenshot contest - should it be revived?
- Awarding members, promoting the factions and such.

Apologies for missing the meeting, doing more dungeon runs with the update and dealing with a hectic schedule real life side. I will review after taking some break time during the day.

No worries Herfi, it's still a game and we have to enjoy it. Especially after these wonderful updates! I'll try to keep you informed on what is going on in our department.
