Encountered this while fighting Mannimarco...

Ghosts. Ghosts everywhere. Some kind of bug caused the ghosts to keep spawning out of the portal and they literally did not stop. If I didn't run away there, I would've been dead. Luckily I barely managed to survive (Thank the Divines for Dragon Blood) and they eventually stopped spawning from the portal, with the remaining ghosts despawning.

well then, maybe the games new "scaling" thought you were too good and needed some added challenge haha

I experienced the same thing... I think it was intended.
