Background:
Damien Amarths family comes from a long line of Imperials who like many others lost his home and family when the empire fell. He lost his father when he was still an infant because of the conflict, his mother, then, fled Cyrodiil with him to find refuge in Skywatch where he grew among Altmer.
At a young age he started helping his mother who worked as an alchemist and enchanter and she began teaching him some healing magic that she knew. When he was only 13 years old, he saw his mother be killed by Daedra when they were out looking for alchemical materials just outside Mathiisen, his mother tried to protect him, but, the Daedra managed to kill her before a group of warriors from the fighters guild arrived and killed the Daedra, saving his life. After that he joined the fighters guild to train as a warrior.
When he turned 18, he joined the Aldmeri Dominion's army. He believes queen Ayrenn is best option to rule over the Ruby Throne and thinks that the other alliances are ruled by corrupt leaders who who only want to benefit themselves and not Tamriel as a whole. He signed a contract and for 7 years he fought in Cyrodill as a soldier in the Aldemeri Domions army and, so, saw many of his friends and comrades die on the battlefield. When his contract ended at the age of 25, he moved to Rawl'kha in Reapers March but he rarely stays there as he often accepts contracts to hunt Daedra that takes him all over Tamriel and sometimes goes back to Cyrodill to fight at the battlefront when additional help is needed.
Even though he is allied with the Dominion, he holds no grudge or hatred with any race in particular. He wont harm races from other alliances and will only fight them honorably on the battlefield. He values justice and will often try to help others if he thinks they were wronged or been victims.
When he is not fighting the war at Cyrrodill or Daedras he likes to practice the art of blacksmith. His hobby is to search for armors and weapons with exotic characteristics and deconstruct them to discover how to replicate its features on crafts of his own.
