The Story So Far...
The Covenant Attacks:
A smaller Covenant Battalion had managed to find its way past the border and was ravaging through Reaper's March, heading toward the town of S'ren-ja. To protect themselves the citizens of S'ren-ja organized under Ro'John and several volunteers not from the town also came to fight. The Covenant descended upon the town at midday and fighting raged on for 2 hours before they were utterly defeated and S'ren-ja was saved. Although there were many injuries, fortune was bright that day as the citizens and volunteers suffered no casualties.
A Seemingly Quiet Day:
Just several days after the attack on S'ren-ja, many were gathered in the tavern for a drink and casual conversation. Then suddenly a crash was heard of Dro'Jhala dropping a bottle of juice. They brought her inside the tavern and in the middle Dro'Jhala fainted. Her body went completely still. When Gata attempted to enter the spirit world to rescue her soul, she was buffeted away by a great swirl of power around Dro'Jhala's soul. It was unknown who's power it was. After a while, Dro'Jhala came back. Then Dro'Jhala quickly told a small tale of her past, mentioning the fact she was stuck between the mortal and spirit worlds, before heading to rest.
Vanishing of the Clanmother:
The citizens of S'ren-ja were gathered in the Greedy Goblet Tavern when Dro'Jhala fainted again. However this time something was different. After a while it was realized that Dro'Jhala was not coming back and Laltris and Gata entered the spirit world to see if they could find her spirit. Meanwhile the others were doing the best they could to keep the Clanmother's body alive. Laltris and Gata found no trace of Jhala's spirit, however as they were about to leave a voice was heard, Jhala's voice. Gata vowed to do her best to track Dro'Jhala down. Tal'Raja came into the tavern during this time and agreed to keep Jhala's body alive by fusing it with her own.
