((Kronos and I were in the middle of an RP in TS when suddenly it kicked me out. We'll be concluding our RP here. I'll post what has happened so far. Please refrain from posting here. You are free to read or leave comments OOC in the double parenthesis as such. Thank you!))

Elsy rode into Sren'ja on her stark white horse, almost unrecognizable in her black and gold armor. Her cowl and hood shielded her from the storm that seemed to hang over Sren'ja this day. She pulled back, slowing the horse to a trot as she drew closer to the clanmother's. She looked carefully to the stranger curled under the Thinking Tree in the middle of town. Strange that one would stay outside in such a storm. She dismounted her horse and walked to the figure to see if they were alright. Standing in front of them she began to speak, her words muffled from her cowl. "Are you alright?"

Kronos had no problems hearing her even with his daedris helmet on. The sun being blocked by the black clouds downpouring on the lands of reapers march. He didn't really reply, just look up to her with his hidden face and thought about it. Sword and shield sitting on the ground next to him. He seemed fine...

She looked up at the rain then down to the stranger. "Wouldn't you rather be inside, friend?" She pulled her cowl down, revealing her face, so that her words were not muffled. She offered him a plesant smile. "Not exactly a nice day to be outside."

He didn't know really. "Sure..." he replied quietly Standing up and walking out as the rain showerd onto his armor and quickly running down the extremely well polished metal almost as if it was just sliding right off and onto the ground. White fur on his fingers and tail exposed for her as he got up and looked at her.

She smiled and tied her horse to the nearby post. She gestured for him to follow her into the Clanmother's. Once inside, she removed her hood. "Can I get you anything to drink?"

He looked to her quietly, a heavy swallow could almost be heard as he shook his head. "Not thirsty, and I don't drink ale or those things, thank you though." She might remember the blue and green armored khajiit from before when the clanmother collapsed, but he never mentioned his name, or much about him so he was still a mystery.

She nodded, "Alright then. Perhaps something to eat?" She moved to the back of the bar, looking for something for herself. The sound of bottles clanking against one another filled the room until she finally pulled out a Rotmeth from far in the back. She chuckled, "I'm not much of a cook, but we've got some sweet rolls and fruit lying around." Standing again at the bar she looked to the Khajiit, awaiting his answer.

He chuckled gently and took a seat at one of the tables. "Not much food around." he said as he was unsure her take on vampires. Though right now he seemed to be in a depressed mood for some reason. Sure he was great at helping others, but he also was one hell of an actor able to put on a smile and happy face and tone just so he could keep helping those when often he was quite the opposite deep down.

She nodded, "Aye. Perhaps it's time for us to head into Rawl'Kha again for some more supplies." She took a sip of her Rotmeth then placed it back down onto the counter. "You've got a name, friend? I think I may have seen you around once before."

He kept his back turned, his tail tip swishing gently as it laid over the edge of his chair. "I can go..." he offered as he didn't take his helmet off. "As for my name? What's yours?" His voice seemed down, depressed, upset over something.

She shook her head, "That's quite alright." She furrowed her brow to his response and tone. She picked her drink up and joined him at the table. She sat across from him. "Elsynia. Though people tend to call me Elsy." Her gaze swept over him. "Are you feeling well? Is something wrong?"

He nodded gently. "What race are you? Hard to tell sometimes, mistook altmer for bosmer because they were short." he said trying to avoid giving out his name, unsure how many people knew it. "No, nothing is wrong." he said as a flat out lie. "How does that drink taste Madam Elsynia?" he said to change the subject a bit.

She smiled, peering into her bottle, "Bosmer." Her eyes flicked to the Khajiit as he lied. She could tell, though did not wish to push him. She noded, "Quite alright, thank you. You don't drink?"

He slumped down in his chair a bit, metal of his armor plates scraping wood was heard. "No, had too much to drink one night, it came up, never drank since. Oddly enough I never had moon sugar either."

She giggled softly. "That'll do it." She then nodded to his last comment. "Aye, neither have I, even though our fields here grow it."

He smiled to her giggle, his tail swishing a little happily. "What do you llike to do then?" he asked her looking her over even though she couldn't see his face.

She half shrugged to the question, "The Pact severely limits my food choices, though I'm fond of mudcrab. Yourself?" She looked at him in his armor, thinking he must be rather uncomfortable.

He remembered the green pact about unable to harm or consume plants or something. "I think I remember something about ouze or something to violators of the pact, can't eat plants or something right? Have to eat something else?" he asked hearing her question what he liked to eat. "I usually eat what little I find when I'm out and about."

She nodded, seemingly blanching slightly of the mention of ouze. She quickly covered it with a smile. "Aye. That's correct." She looked to him as he answerd, "Ah, nothing specific?"

He blinked not getting a real reply about what she was to eat because of the pact, but he knew she was a cannabal. He also saw her face when he mentioned ouze and then looked away.

Elsy looked to the Khajiit awaiting his answer. Her eyes flicked around his shiny armor. She wondered how he could even manage to move in it, and thought that he was probably most uncomfortable. "There's a room upstairs if you wish to change into some clothing. I can't imagine your armor being comfortable."

Kronos shrugged gently and blinked. "You get used to wearing it curling up under trees, and such to sleep at night." the rattling of his armor was heard again as he shifted to yawn and try to relax a little more. Not really trying to focus on him as the subject, rather her.
ElsyNov 25, 2014

She nodded, "I suppose." She smirked, "I think I'd collapse under the weight of all of it, myself."

Kronos stood up to unfasten his armor, letting it thump to the ground with how heavy it was. He took off his shoulders, gloves and chest plate exposing his chest to her.

Her eyes widened to the sound of the armor hitting the floor. The idea of wearing something so heavy was strange to her. "I'm most impressed you can move in that." She chucked.

Kronos shrugged gently "Again, you get used to it." he said taking a seat his helmet still covering his face.

Nods, raising a brow slightly, confused as to why he'd take his chestplate off but not his helm. She continued anyway, "So, why is it you find yourself in Sren'ja these days?"
Kronos CatawanaNov 25, 2014

He sat comfortable with his armor on the floor. "Wandering, homeless...figured I'd stick around and see what goes on here."

She nodded frowning slightly, "Ah. Unfortunately there are many who come here for that reason. You're welcome to stay as long as you'd like."

He nodded gently. "Not sure how long i'll be around, probably until someone more useful shows up." He heard the storm just pelting the roof which seemed to make him relax.
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 06:26 AM #12
She frowned more visibly, "Why do you say that? I'm sure there's plenty you'd be able to do around here." She shook her head, "Y'ffre knows Sren'ja could use the help."

He clenched a fist hearing the mention of a god. "What good do you think I could do?"

Nov 25, 2014 at 06:55 AM #14
Her eyes flicked to his motion then back to the helm-ed Khajiit with an encouraging smile, "Anything, really. Whatever it is you're good at, there is a job for you if you want it."

Nov 25, 2014 at 07:00 AM #15
He shook his head. "No, I try to help others but it doesn't work." He leaned back in his chair, tilting it off the ground with a sigh. "What are you good at?"
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 07:09 AM #16
She offers an encouraging smile, "I'm sure you can help. I wasn't certain I could, but here I am." She chuckles slightly to his question, "Not much, honestly. I just do whatever tasks need to be done, and people just seem to be thankful that I do them, even if I'm not the best for the job."

He had a raised brow where he sat. "You're a bosmer, you have lots to offer...I think...pointy ears. hehe..." he said looking at her with his masked face.
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 07:36 AM #18
She giggled, "Aye, pointy ears. But every mer's got that to offer." Shaking her head, "I tend to repair things, lend a blade when needed. I've stepped in as a guard once or twice when no guard on duty could be found. That's it, really."

Kronos grabbed his armor and put it back on as the chair creaked from the weight. "I don't like violence, but I often find myself fighting to protect."
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 07:40 AM #20
She nodded, "A most honorable reason. If only others though the same." She watched curiously as he put his armor back on.

He crossed his arms. "What is the green pact again, completely?" he kept changing the subject, probably to keep his mind off what was bothering him.
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 07:54 AM #22
She looked to him, sensing perhaps he was angry, though she did not want to pry. She gave into his questions in hope to take his mind off what was bothering him. "Well, that's a rather long answer. Are you looking for the specific details as to what restrictions and rules we have to follow? Or are you wondering the origin of the Green Pact?"
Kronos CatawanaNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 07:57 AM #23
"The former" he replied letting his claws dig into the table like he was sharpening them when he was under mixed emotions. Surprised slightly she wasn't trying to question him, and also wondering why she was trying to help him.
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 08:20 AM #24
She began to feel uneasy at the sight of his claws, she directed her gaze to the candle in the middle of the table.

"Well, quite a few things. I'll start with the main ones. We are not to consume any plants, as you had said. But we are also not allowed to cut or destroy plants for any purpose, including building materials. Makes crafting a bit difficult." She paused to think then continued, "We must eat anything we kill, even if it's something as revolting as a troll. That must happen at most, 3 days after the kill." She paled slightly as she began again, "And last of the most important rules is that we are not allowed to willfully turn into a beast."
Kronos CatawanaNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 08:22 AM #25
He continued to grind his claws against the table. "No werewolf...good...but can't destroy any plant must make travel difficult..." he replied before gagging at the thought of eating a troll...Bosmer were something he doubted he could ever understand...
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 08:25 AM #26
Her eyes flicked to his claws and back to the candle, "Aye. It is. We have to be careful. Any materials I need I have to purchase, as I cannot cut down plants myself."

She smiled slightly, "We're rather strange, I know. I got quite a few looks growing up. But I wouldn't trade it for a thing."
Kronos CatawanaNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 08:30 AM #27
"Yea I'll never understand it. I don't even understand khajiiti culture...or any I guess...maybe imperial." he wasn't too sure but he thought he saw her looking at his claws, he moved them closer to her to see her reaction.
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 08:52 AM #28
Her eyes flicked to his claws, she looked the Khajiit in the eyes, curious. "You sure you're alright, friend? You seem rather agitated." Her expression showed no fear, but rather curiosity and genuine concern.
Kronos CatawanaNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 06:17 PM #29
He shrugged gently. "Eh, nothing to be worried about...I'll handle my problems myself." he said hoping to leave it at that. agitated was a bit of an understatement now that she mentioned a god.
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 07:49 PM #30
"Alright then..." She felt as though she was beginning to annoy him, "Would you like me to leave? I'm sorry if I bothered you. I just thought perhaps you'd like to get out of the rain."
Kronos CatawanaNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 10:12 PM #31
"your choice." he said putting his hands in his lap and looking at her. "You seem to be friendly, or like me. Any reason why?"
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 10:52 PM #32
She furrowed her brow to the Khajiit. "Well, I just feel obligated to help others, I suppose. Figure I'd give back what the people here have given me. Pay it forward." Her shoulder lifted slightly in a lazy half shrug. She took another sip of her drink.
Kronos CatawanaNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 10:54 PM #33
He nodded gently and watched her take a drink after she told him of her reasoning. "Do you get to help a lot of people?" he asked with a hidden slight smile. He almost licked his lips as he looked at her.
ElsyNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 11:00 PM #34
She stared into her bottle thinking a moment. "Aye. I have, and I've met so many people, some hurtful, though many of them wonderful." She looked back to the Khajiit, not catching any sense of a smile. "I guess I just think everyone deserves a chance with things."
Kronos CatawanaNov 25, 2014
Nov 25, 2014 at 11:08 PM #35
He finally smiled with that feeling being given off. "I have also met and tried to help a lot of people. Some just refuse to be helped, some are easily helped. I do wonder if I deserve such a chance you speak of. Sometimes things just catch up to me is all."
ElsyNov 26, 2014
Nov 26, 2014 at 02:20 AM #36
She nodded. "Aye, that's true. Though I believe everyone deserves a chance. I don't know you, though why do you deserve any less of a chance than any other?"
Kronos CatawanaNov 26, 2014
Nov 26, 2014 at 02:23 AM #37
"Why do I deserve an equal chance?" he replied just defeated about something. He moved his claws closer to her scratching the wooden table again knowing it un-nerved her. He didn't do it to be a jerk he just found it odd how she reacted.
ElsyNov 26, 2014
Nov 26, 2014 at 10:03 PM #38
Her eyes flicked to his claws. She was beginning to get annoyed at his games, but she remained silent, ignoring his behavior. She looked at the Khajiit as he asked his question. She supplied him with what she thought was an obvious answer. "You're no less and no more of a person than anyone else here. Everyone deserves a chance. What they do with that chance, that's entirely up to themselves."
Kronos CatawanaNov 26, 2014
Nov 26, 2014 at 11:46 PM #39
He set his hands down on the table. "I try to help, nothing seems to improve is all. Seems like I'm a failure..." he wasn't going into details but given he could tell she was growing annoyed since he would too at this point he figured it would be time to come clean. "I've not been alright for a while now, but...I put on a good face so no one knows."
ElsyNov 27, 2014
Nov 27, 2014 at 04:16 AM #40
She nodded to his confession, now understanding. "Well, I won't push you to tell me what it is that's got you down. I mean, I don't even know your name yet." She peered into the helm of the armored Khajiit. "Still, if you're looking for help you only have to ask."
Kronos CatawanaNov 27, 2014
Nov 27, 2014 at 06:00 AM #41
He smiled, that helmet still barring any view of his face though it let him see out. "My name? Kronos..." he replied figuring he could talk to her. Even if he was un nerved by the fact she was a cannibal. "As for help I'm always open to accept help."
ElsyNov 27, 2014
Nov 27, 2014 at 07:02 AM #42
She smiled a bit more gently now that he had opened up enough to give her his name. "Well, it is a pleasure Kronos. What is it that I can do for you?"
Kronos CatawanaNov 28, 2014
Nov 28, 2014 at 05:12 AM #43
He begun digging his claws into the table before getting up. "Want something to eat?" he asked as he went to the cooking fires and looked for something to begin cooking. "I don't know right now though for help...a lot is on my mind."
ElsyNov 28, 2014
Nov 28, 2014 at 06:50 AM #44
She shook her head with a polite smile, "No thank you, friend. The drink's enough." She took another drink from her bottle then placed it back on the table. Folding her hands on top of the table she nodded, her eyes following the Khajiit. "Perhaps I can lend an ear?"
Kronos CatawanaNov 30, 2014
Nov 30, 2014 at 06:16 AM #45
He shrugged gently. "Maybe, maybe not." he felt a tad uneasy around her, something about her being a cannibal unsettled him greatly. Even if she didn't openly practice it, the thought alone drove him away from her. He couldn't be rude though, it wasn't his style. "Don't really know what to talk about."

((You know Bosmers don't purposefully eat people right? They eat whatever they kill. So if someone attacks them and they happen to win, they have to eat them. It's not like they're all feral and prefer eating people. :P ))

She nodded. "Fair enough." She looked to Kronos. "You look uneasy, friend. Am I making you uncomfortable?"

He shook his head and was sort of lying. "Just not in the best mood is all." he replied while making some cooked meat. Grabbing some spices and herbs with his tail and bringing them over as he continued to slowly turn the meat over.

He sniffed the meat looking at it. "This doesn't smell right." he said as he looked it over. he couldn't tell if it was rotten or if it was meat from another source. "Tired, just tired...and not sleepy tired." he said the smell filling the room as he set the meat aside and just begun working on making soup.

"Oh? There may be some more in the cellar if you need it. I'd ask Laltris, the owner of the bar." She looked concerned over to his cooking.

She nodded to his comment. "Aye, I can empathize. It's been a long few weeks." She took a long drink and leaned back in her chair, enjoying the smells of the cooking soup.

He was appearing to be quite the cook. Adding herbs and spices to the soup making it smell wonderful. Carrots, and other vegetables were tossed in as he knew the meat had gone bad though he doubted bad meat would pose a problem to him. still his tail flicked about while he worked intently on perfecting his dish.
