Ri'Khar has the markings of a white senche-tiger and eyes that are black as coal. He is a rather large--taller than most of his fellow khajiits--and has muscular arms and legs. He is often seen shirtless (as he takes get pride in his body), which shows off his taunt, muscular abs. However, he does where ragged, black pants with a golden, straw belt and black sandals (which are little more than cloth wrappings.
Distinct Markings:
While most of his battle scars are hidden by his downy-pelt, a few facial scars are visible surrounding his muzzle. He also has a large scar at the top of his thigh, which left more damage than just a nasty scar. He walks with a limp, favoring his left leg.
Personality/Current Interests:
To his acquaintances, Ri'Khar is a hardened war hero that is bitter about his fall from glory and grace. This causes him to seem melancholy and dejected to most that meet. He often comes off as serious and tough with little room for pleasantries and small talk. However, this is merely a misconception. Ri'Khar is a gentle soul that loves children and good conversation at the tavern he frequents in the evening. He also enjoys the simple things in life, like cooking a meal everyone will enjoy, teaching young ones tricks and skills, and the peace and quiet associated with fishing and bow-hunting crocodiles. He dreams of finding a family to call his own, if not a spouse and children, he would love to take a few orphaned children in once he is more financially secure (as a Guard of S'ren-ja).
Backstory:
Ri'Khar is a war hero. He was a beast on the battlefield with the ability to tear his opponents limb-from-limb. He looked after his comrades under the order of the 8th Army under General Dark-Moon on the frontline of the war for Cyrodiil. He even chose to give his life for the greater good of the Dominion, however the Deadroth monster sent by Molag Bal to guard one of his Dark Anchors wasn't quite able to take him Ri'Khar down before he--along with his squad--were able to fall the beast. However, the sacrifice Ri'Khar gave to fall this giant beast of Oblivion may not have cost him his life but took his career and his glory--not to mention it nearly took his right leg. Now, all that remains is a fallen war hero with no money, no family, and no home.
In an effort to find himself, Ri'Khar returned to S'ren-ja, where he grow up surrounded by his deceased family. He thought the memories would comfort him and guide him through a period of great uncertainty in his life, but being surrounded by all the strangers and unfamiliar faces just makes him feel even more lost. In order to feel grounded, he turned to alcohol. The people of S'ren-ja can often find him in the tavern drinking rum and telling stories of his days in the service.
In an effort to continue being able to afford his liquor, Ri'Khar realized he had to find employment. It might also be nice to afford a roof over his head and a bed--or straw mat--to sleep on at night, opposed to sleeping in the rock cleft found near the Old S'ren-ja Docks that also serves as his fishing/hunting spot. He looks towards Alijham and Nelliel, the leaders of the S'ren-ja Guard to offer him employment and a wage. With the limited training he has on the bow and his ability to outwit his enemies, he is perfect to watch the occasional prisoner awaiting trial or walk the borders of S'ren-ja.
Until then, he will live off the catch he brings in at the dock and trade.
